I ordered a dress from this company it advertised buy one get one free. It wasn't delivered on time I messaged the seller 5 times and never got one reply my dress arrived but to my surprise just one. And the quality is rubbish you can see through it. I will never buy from them again. And it's not right that they can falsely advertise.
I ordered items and paid for 2 day shipping Monday Aug 29th It's Saturday Sept 3rd & STILL NO ITEMS! Why did I pay for 2 day shipping if it wasn't going to be here within 2 DAYS! First & last time order from them!
I ordered two items this past Saturday (8/27) with the three business day shipping. It still hasn't arrived. According to the BS tracking service provided on the website, it was supposed to arrive today. It's not here and last time I checked, my package was 1,000+ miles away in New York. Please don't allow your customers to pay extra for shipping when you know you're not going to be able to deliver it by that time. I contacted customer service, now let's see how this goes. Stop ripping your customers off! I feel very exploited.
The first time I bought from them, it was a huge disappointment. Not only did it take forever (3 weeks), but customer service is terrible. I returned my item in the time window provided, and even then it took them 2 months to give me a return. TWO MONTHS! But then, I was some how convinced again by a friend to try it one more time, because she rarely ran into issues... though this time shipping was within 1.5 weeks... THEY SENT ME DAMAGED ITEMS and didn't give me a full refund.
HONESTLY, if you decide to buy from them document everything. From timing of purchase, opening box with VIDEO FOOTAGE, and document of shipment.
I have never dealt with such a disgusting business. Well actually I have, in a THIRD WORLD country where they try to rip people off.

I started shopping on boohoo about 4 years ago, and it was a breath of fresh air. They had amazing clothes, great variety, always had a deal or some sort of coupon code going on, they were low-key, and THEIR SHIPPING WAS AMAZINGLY FAST! That's was actually the thing I loved most about them, your stuff always came within a week and I really loved and appreciated them for threat. Literally used to sing their praises. But, over the past year to two they have fallen short. They lie about shipping, they post that an item has been dispatched. It it really hasn't, they say they will get back to you within 24 hours but they don't, and the worst part about it all is that they don't care anymore. And what's honestly most heart breaking is that I watch all of these YouTube personalities who I'm sure didn't pay for anything they were sent bragging abt how fast they got their items and how the customer service is so responsive and blah blah blah and it literally makes me sick to my stomach! Boohoo does not care about the common customer, if you don't have major air time or an influence on the internet they do not jump to meet your needs. I would not recommend boohoo to anyone, no matter how nice the items are, it's more important to actually go treated decently and boohoo has fallen away from them. If you do not have a 3 weeks ( no exaggeration) to wait on your items to get to you in the mail, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. You will be disappointed and they will merely read you email and pacify you with some nonsense response without fixing the problem. Truly disgusted!
I've bought from boohoo for quite some time and I've always had a good experience with them, always offers on next day delivery and cheap clothing but of good quality. I bought a top a few weeks ago and wore it then washed it and it came out with a hole (unusual for boohoo) but I messaged boohoo on Twitter and got such a fast response of whether I would like a replacement- I agreed to this and it's being sent out next day delivery! These things happen to clothes, but boohoos customer service has been impeccable and should be applauded for all their hard work. I will continue to shop at boohoo as always :).
People please don't waist your money on the 2-3 day delivery! I ordered a few pieces of clothing on Tuesday morning and decided to go with the 2-3 day delivery, what a waist of money! Many days later I still haven't received my purchase. But they surely took out the extra $15.00 for shipping... This is definitely false advertisement and I am having my Nephew who is an Attorney look into this. That to me is THEFT. Taking money for services not rendered... Too many companies doing this, but this will come to a stop. I want them to refund each persons money who didn't get their order as promised but paid for REFUNDED.
I don't usually write reviews but figured I would just because this site really overcame my expectations. So Boohoo was doing a 50% off dresses, bodysuits, tops, and skirts and I purchased two tops and two bodysuits for only about 30 dollars before tax which I thought was a great deal. It wasn't until after I submitted the order that I started to read reviews and get worried. The first red flag was that in my order confirmation email the clothing being sent was labeled as a size 6, when I distinctly remembered ordering a 2. I figured out however that the reason it is a different sizing in the confirmation email is because a UK size 6 (since boohoo is UK based) is equivalent to a US size 2. So that problem was averted. I got standard shipping which calls for 8-10 business days and I got my package in 7 days. The clothes arrived packaged neatly, with no rips or stains, and everything fit, looked as the product did online, and was made out of good material. I know this place hasn't been the best to others but I have to say that my experience was a 5/5 and hopefully this means that they are improving their services.
I returned some shorts a month ago and NEVER received my refund. There is NO customer service. They are ignoring my emails and calls. Don't buy from them!
Let me start by saying anyone is quick to post when they have a negative experience and ANY company can have a bad day. But I have a 17 year old son whom is extremely picky and fashion conscious. As we embarked on school shopping for his senior year we agreed online shopping was the best choice for my budget and his since of fashion. Stumbled on Boohoo.com and he liked almost everything I had put in the cart. (My first surprise) We place an order of $160 (sale & coupons) that gave him 3 pair of jeans, 2 joggers, 2 jackets, and 6 shirts. (Unbelievable... my second surprise). I chose free standard shipping and we both were pleased. (Really surprised) Then I decided to surf the web for reviews, mind you after I had just placed my order. I was frightened to see the negative reviews. I was nervous I had just wasted money and delayed my son's school wardrobe, which would have been the biggest catastrophe of it all. I nervously waited for my email tracking which some said didn't work. Not one problem. I got an email that night confirming my order, an email the next day saying it had been shipped, an email the third day with a tracking number and an email a day before our package arrived saying it won't be long now. We anxiously open our package, I fearing the worst based on reviews I had seen about quality, my son just in excitement to see his fashion statements in person. Let me tell you BOOHOO.COM DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Everything was well made, true to size and I had a 17 yr old son giving me a fashion show! All I can say is THANK YOU BOOHOO.COM! Excellent customer service, speedy shipment (free shipping and package received within 7 days), Trendy AFFORDABLE FASHION! We'll definitely be back! Already planning on ordering another pair of joggers.

I just wanted to update you on my experience with boohoo. As previously stated, my first order arrived on time (next day delivery), but unfortunately I had to send the clothes back. The clothes were of a reasonable quality so no complaints.
I sent the items back yesterday via the post office and I have received an e-mail to say that my refund will be back in my account.
I can honestly say that I have had a very good experience with this company.
Never order anything from this site that would be for an important event or needed in a timely manner. The expedite is a joke. They charge you $15 for 3 day shipping to the states and on 3 different occasions i never received the items in time. Although after writing on twitter i did

I received my items within 1 week and the quality of the items was nice. One of the dresses that i ordered though was made out of some odd fabric but it's still wearable.

I ordered two maxi dresses that were so thin you could see right thru them. I was so disappointed and I can't wear either dress bc they are so revealing!
Order sent to another state and lost! Customer service was extremely unresponsive, so several items were out of stock by the time we finally got to talk to someone. Promised 2 day shipping of the replacement items they had and then that was rescinded. Shipping and customer service departments completely incompetent. Despite all the bad reviews I decided to give them a try anyway based off a YouTuber. I was a bit skeptic at first but I'm glad I did. I saw in another review someone stated that the sizing is wrong in checkout. Well this is true and it isn't. I clicked a size US 6 but after ordering confirmation email stated that it was a size 12. I contacted customer service and they ended up emailing me back in less than 24 hours I believe and well as US 6 is a UK 12. So if this happens to you don't get upset. People complain about shipping. I ordered on July 19th, received an email on the 20th that my items had been shipped. However, the tracking info is a little off after that. It's not real time shipping but whatever happened that day did show up hours later that day if that makes sense. My items were scheduled to arrive between July 26th -August 1. They came on the 28th. So for me it didn't take that long to receive my things. The quality of the dresses are great! Nothing about them is cheap. All in all I'm happy with my purchase and probably will order from them again.
First time buying from boohoo, though id give it ago brought a tracksuit had a big slit in it, looks terrible now. NEVER BUYING FROM THERE AGAIN. I'd rather buy from pretty little things. Or asos. Buying from boohoo is like worse that primark. $#*! website.
So I've seen this website a couple times but never got the chance to buy from the until about a month ago they had a special (which everytime I go back its the same special. RED FLAG) "certain amount of time to get 30% or 50% off your whole purchase". Well I ordered three items and when I received them I was so upset. The quality of the products are horrible, I already know once I wash them they will be no good. I was going to return them but I would have to pay and I just rather throw them away than pay anymore money. I did not spend a whole lot on the clothes probably around 50 but they were so bad I wouldn't have payed 10 for them.
I tried twice to get the right size from them and both times they were wrong. I also ordered a blazer and a romper. The quality was poor and it just looked cheap on.
I contacted boohoo and their customer service replied within 24 hours. I tried 15 times. Not once was any kind of resolution offered.
Buy from them if you want, but they are a joke.
