I ordered 2 bodysuits on Oct 4 and payed extra for "express shipping" which is suppose to only take 2-3 business days to arrive. It is now Oct 14th and I have yet to receive my order. I contacted costumer service on Monday and they took 3 days to respond back and the only response I got from them was a "you can track your package here" with the tracking website. Don't waste your money on shipping!
I ordered clothes 13 days ago. I was supposed to receive my order on the 9th of January and as of today it is the 11th, i haven't been able to track my order because it hasn't updated on the Royal Mail site that they use since the 4th. I just don't understand how there is no way to contact anybody about this order. It was supposed to be for an important event on the 13th and at this point i have no idea where it is.
The sizing is confusing. The clothes I bought didn't fit me right. And when I returned them, they said that they never got it back. But I tracked my order and it had gotten there 2 days after its shipment. I checked in a week later and they said that they never got them. Horrible horrible service
There is a daily offer on free delivery which is a con. It is not possible to make the code work by applying it to the order. They also email. You a discount code which does not work when. You try to. Add it. This company does not have a manned phone number so you cannot speak to anyone. There is a phone number which is just telling the caller to email or message on facebook.
This is only a good company if everything fits you and you never have an issue. I was sent the wrong size Hoodie which took 2 weeks to come. CS takes 2-3 days to respond to your email. There's no phone number. They told me they sent out another Hoodie and expedited it so I would have it quick. It's been another 2 weeks and no package lol. It's been a month since my original order. Who has time for this? A JOKE. Also the clothes are hit and miss. Some are nice and some are very poorly made. Cheap junk! I only gave it 2 stars cause at least they responded to my complaint.
I have ordered from here one time previously & had no problems. This time I Ordered $50 worth of stuff on the night of the 20th, so I got free shipping, got an email saying expected delivery date was the 30th, that came & passed, then it said the 4th, which is today, checked again & now it says the 6th. Come on! Need to get a better shipping partner. I will not be ordering again until that happens.
I returned a pair of boots on Sept 8 and they are saying they never received them! I had to open a paypal claim to see if I can be reimbursed. At least 20 emails back n forth to no avail. I asked for a supervisor for customer service and they said they had no one to oversee them. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service!
Spent almost $400.00 on dresses and heels. Heels ordered a size 7 and both came in a size 5.

Boohoo's express US shippping is unreliable. This company charges a $15 charge for express shipping and uses the cheapest carrier/delivery company to to ship out their items. Express shipping should not have the same time duration as standard shipping. Unacceptable! Also their customer services is non existent. Ordered a dress and it's been a week and I am yet to receive my package. Called one of their shipping carriers, which I was told I wouldn't be receiving my package till some time next week. Please do not waste your money on US express delivery. They're a joke!
***DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY*** You are guaranteed to lose money in one way or another. I ordered 3 items from Boohoo. I kept one item and returned the other 2 items on August 1st, 2016 with the return label they placed in the package. The return label has a BARCODE on it, yet this awful company doesn't use the BARCODE for tracking purposes. The package has not reached them as of today... Sept. 22nd. I have emailed them several times about my $36.00 refund and they asked me to send them a photo copy of the label THEY SENT ME! Does that make any sense! Other PROFESSIONAL companies are able to track your return package with the return label they gave the customer... instead of asking the customer to send them a photo copy of the label. I have returned tons of items in my life thus far, and I have never had to take a photo copy of the return label that the company sent me. I could understand if I went to UPS or Fedex and shipped it at my own expense and received a tracking number... but they gave me the return label with the tracking bar code. ****IF YOU DEAL WITH BOOHOO.COM, YOU MIGHT AS WELL THROW YOUR MONEY OUT THE WINDOW!**** (they only received 1 star, because it is mandatory)
I ordered from here for my homecoming dress and used express shipping to rush the order. We paid a ton of money for it to be here in 6 business days but 10 days have passed and still no dress. Homecoming is 2 days and now I have no other options. According to previous reviews, the clothing is cheap and does not even fit. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. I BEG YOU, SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!
I swear I thought this company was fine! I saw a youtube video on clothes from the website and it looked promising! I paid $54.19 for the items and I was highly dissapointed in the products. They were badly made and did not look like the original picture. I attempted to return it but from California, I had to pay $12 to ship the ugly clothes back. And when they finally get my package, they return a total of $49.20. I emailed them and they said they took out the $5 for carriage! I paid for the carriage myself and I had to pay the shipping cost to return something I did not like. BEWARE! Don't buy from this company, you're better off buying it from somewhere else.

I placed an order Friday September 9th at 750pm. I paid for the express shipping so I can have it in less than a week, or within 3 BUSINESS DAYS, SO THEY SAY. I've emailed the company SEVERAL TIMES and no reply. What's the purpose of paying for expedite shipping if it doesn't happen within the 3 business days? And this is the 3Rd time thid has happened! Now I'm without a dress! DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Ordered 3 items, which were delivered in a timely matter. I tried everything on and none of it fit, so I put everything back in the original packaging with original receipt, put the return label on and went to the post office. First of all, their return label is just their address. You have to pay for the return. Fine. I mailed everything back, WITH a tracking number. Nearly a month later, there is no refund. I have emailed them twice. The first time, the customer service person emailed me back saying the items haven't been received. I provided her with the tracking number that gives the day and time of arrival, and never heard back. A couple days later, I received a standard form email thanking me for my interest in returning an item. I responded, again with the tracking number and my order number. I stated that the items were in fact received, and I want a return ASAP. Once again, no reply. Definitely do not recommend buying from here.
So I emailed the company to ask have they received my returns. One email said they haven't and the next 2 days, another email was sent, stating that they didn't receive it and can I send proof of postage? As much as I shop online, my packages have never been lost. Mind you, I am in Maryland, the warehouse is in Georgia, it only takes 2 days to get there. I went through the same thing Missguided. I don't have proof of my tracking number, is that there way of stealing my money! This seems to be prior practices according to other reviews!
While looking through the site, I was so excited about the clothing this site had to offer. In it, I was able to find things that I could not find anywhere else, especially at a decent price. I ordered three items I really liked. To my disappointment, on that very same night, minutes within confirmation of my order and deducting money from the bank account, they sent me an email saying that they cancelled my order without any explanation. No one from customer services even cared to send me an automatic email or call me explaining why it was cancelled. I shot them an email now only concerned about getting my money back, since I do not care to order from this site anymore. They said they would reply within 48 hours, which they never did. No money was refunded into my bank account. I went on their Twitter page which served as another service platform, and in the bio they said that they work "24 hours a day/7 days a week" yet they did not reply on time, especially with the severity of my situation. I was about to send them another email complaining about their customer service, until someone finally sent me an email with the vaguest response, saying that the order "has failed their security checks" and that my money has been refunded. Another person on Twitter asked them about why their own order was automatically cancelled, in which customer service replied it was because it "failed security check" but when asked to expand, they said that they could not. Absolutely pathetic! Automatically deducts money, slow responses, and once one gets a response, it is incredibly vague. Some pieces of clothing on the site are those you cannot always find anywhere else, thus I did not give it a one star. However, some reviews complained that the clothing has a cheap quality to it so I do not feel so bad staying away from this site. It is not worth putting money into a site that is deceitful, unclear, and untrustworthy!
I tried them for the first time recently. Ordered three dresses. I didn't like them so decided to return them. Mailed them out three days after I received them. Two weeks went by and I was still waiting for a refund. Emailed them to get a status and was told I had to wait at least 21 days after the return date for a refund. I followed up again five weeks after the return date and was told that they had no record of my return. They told me I would have to produce the postal receipt which off course at that point I couldn't find. I sent them the proof of my order and a copy of my bank statement showing the charge for the postal and was still told they couldn't do anything for me without the postal receipt. I never receive my refund. So disappointed. NEVER AGAIN!
Boohoo is fine until you have to make a return. I retuned 4 items from one order and received a refund for only one of those items. You can't call them and they play dumb by email. I WAS a loyal customer, until they started playing with my money
