I returned my order in October. It is the end of February. They told me that since I didn't have my tracking number they could not process my return, basically I was sh*t out of luck and it was my fault. I disputed with my bank, my bank called and magic happened... all of a sudden they found my package, wouldja look at that! Pooooof! Magic. Yep. They were not going to refund me until I got my back involved. Lesson learned. They are con artists. This place is a scam. The fact that I had to wait till feb to get refunded for an order I returned in October is appalling, and what's even more appalling is that I ONLY got my money back because my bank got involved. They had no intentions of refunded me. Once chase called, all of a sudden they found my package. If you are having a similar problem, get your bank involved or kiss your money goodbye. I'll never order from here again.
Ordered for express shipping on Jan 25 and nothing was delivered despite follow ups. Customer service has not been responsive at all.

Made a large order from BooHoo, and returned some items which they confirmed they had accepted back on 3 Nov. No refund was received so I contacted them on 25 November. The customer service team said the refund to the credit card had failed (as it had expired and a new card issued - a common situation which Visa/MasterCard insist a retailer has processes to handle). Boohoo apparently knew about it but hadn't bother contacting me to let me know and just held on to the money.
New details were provided and I was promised a refund in 3 - 5 days. That never happened and I kept chasing. I asked for it to be escalated to a manager but they refused. I raised a separate complaint via resolver which was ignored by the customer service team, and their team leader when escalated to them.
Eventually, and only after tell them I was initiating legal action shortly, a refund was finally received in January over 2 months after the items were returned. But the only compensation was £5 in store credit despite them hanging on to my money for 2 months, which I clearly rejected. I have written to them giving one last chance else I will be going to the small claims court to get my compensation.
Learn from my mistake and avoid this appalling company. As I understand in Boohoo have:
Breached the Consumer Contracts Regulations
Breached their own terms and conditions
Breached Visa Europes policies for handling refunds
I AM SO $#*!ING ANGRY! Every goddamn time I place an order with them it NEVER EVER gets to me on time! Get a grip boohoo its seriously sickening how this company is still in business you can't just continue to $#*! people over time and time again! I will never shop here again! My order was placed a week and a half before I needed it AND i paid for expedited shipping! DO NOT BOTHER BUYING CLOTHES FROM THEM IT IS NOT WORTH ALL THE HASSLE!
Glad I always read reviews before ordering from any website. Always do your due diligence before ordering from any sight that's not recognizable. Guess they won't be getting my money.
I never written a bad review about a company but boohoo will be my first! I took 2 weeks for my item to get to me when on the website it clearly says 7-8 days max for delivery! Was really disappointed when I received my sweatshirt and it was very very poor quality. It may look nice on the website but trust me it's very cheap material. The sweatshirt came with some of the stitching underneath the arms and on the cuffs already distressing and fraying! The bottom part of the seaway shirt that's supposed to hug your waist is completely loose and streched out! And I bearly opened it
Next day delivery not turned up need the parcel and all boohoo can say is there is procedures so now I've stayed in 3 days in a row to see if it turns up as since Sunday it's been with the courier to be told if it doesn't turn up by 9 tonight they can investigate? That means they have emailed the courier yes that's all they have done I can't have a refund immediately any they won't send it out again on next day so basically they don't care and are not even bothered nice company
I read reviews of people saying they hate boohoo and never recieved their orders and I'm surprised. My whole wardrobe is from boohoo almost, I started ordering back in the summer of 2016 buying somethings almost every month and not once have had a bad experience. I always receive my items very quickly too. It's sad and uneasy that some people haven't recieved items or refunds, whereas I always get my items about 4 days after ordering.
My order was expedited to be here Friday Feb. 9th or Saturday Feb. 10th for additional money, and that order has still not arrived. I was very excited to find a new website full of items that interest me, but now because the order is un-trackable, and my package never came on time, Boohoo is obviously not a reputable site. I am requesting my money back in full due to the order not arriving on time, and due to reading reviews that this site is a scam. I am very disappointed in this transaction.
This is the exact message I have sent to them, I spend way too much money to not post reviews on every site possible. Very disgusted at how well they disguised their retail business to look realistic and reputable, however it is an absolute SCAM. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM.
I knew i'm not alone on this. I recently ordered 6 items that I thought really cute from your website. I had problem with the shipping, but owell now I received the items. What is making me really disappointed & wanted to scream really bad is the fact that these items are in such poor quality fabrics, real items are not like what pictured (beside basic plain color it would be almost like the picture), off measured for the coat & sweater. What is going on? Your pictures on the website, on ig are like looking soo good! So cute! But instead this is like ordering item from some "china" website (if you know what i mean), way off! And how could you put your regular pricing in that amount if the quality we're getting is really worth 90% off of that! Your price is so close to zara items, which their qualities are way above you, is that exactly why your name is "boo" "hoo"? This is soooo sad!
I went on polyvore saw a great outfit. Ordered the entire outfit from various vendors. Every piece came like clockwork. Except the shirt from Boohoo. Kept sending me emails its on the way 1 week 2 week 3 weeks... by now I don't need it. Finally according to tracking its here. I checked and checked for a week. Emailed them its not... they sent back check with my neighbors. I wrote you check with my neighbors. That's not my responsibility... I paid for shipping and handling... After 2 days of back and forth of redderick. I called my card they refunded without issues. Because they had problems before...-9 for me buyer beware..
As the name implies "boohoo" was exactly what I was saying after I made a purchase from them. My order arrived 2 weeks late and the quality of the clothes were thin and of poor quality. I ended up returning an item, and the whole process took over 3 weeks for them to refund the money, even though my packaged had arrived at their facilities. It was not until I emailed them for help that they had actually begun processing my payment. Their quality is worse than NastyGal's so don't be fooled by the recent buy out. Overall I would not shop here again. It isn't worth the hassle and their communication skills could use some work.

I had ordered on a Tuesday for next day delivery and I checked the tracker and it said it would be expected to arrive on the Thursday even though I paid extra money for it to arrive the next day. The following day after I ordered it had not arrived and I received an email saying refund has been confirmed even though I never received my parcel?how can I return something I haven't received?i have emailed them several times and have no reply,I tweeted them multiple times and they take over an hour to reply. When I finally got a reply they said it has been returned by the courier which I already knew because I had got an email to confirm return and I never received it. Really bad customer service they take ages to reply and I got told to only send 1 message at a time when it's hard as i am very frustrated

I personally ordered from boohoo in spring 2016 for a trip to DisneyWorld, Orlando. I was shopping a little later then I wanted to for online shopping, and was actually nervous that my items wouldn't arrive on time. I believe I ordered 4 - 5 items. A couple skirts and some tops. I was pleasantly surprised with EVERYTHING I got. It also arrived within the time frame (I do believe I payed for express shipping).
I hope that anyone ordering knows that BooHoo is a legitimate site, and yes sometimes shipping may take longer than expected, but there are good experiences with this website.
I have been ordering from boohoo for a couple of years now, very rarely I have received clothes I'm not happy with, postage is always as quick as ordering domestically. Most of my fav clothes come from boohoo and their prices are quite good. Happy customer for years :)
I've purchased two items from boohoo.com 1/29/2017 i was told my items would be delivered Thursday 2/2/2017 and I have not received anything! I sent an email to them the whole nine. Now that I am checking my order it's telling me it's unavailable! I tried calling the USPS in New York where it said it supposedly arrived at and I got no answer from them! BOOHOO IS A DAMN SCAM & I WANT MY COINS BACK IMMEDIATELY OR I WILL BE AT THERE HEADQUARTERS
I ordered clothes on 1/26/17 with an expected delivery date of 2/1/17. It is 2/3/17 and I still have not received my merchandise on any updates as to where it is in the last 3 days. The only way to contact the company is through email or twitter. The response you get from email inquiries is a automatic response generated through their system. I checked my order today only to find that now the delivery information shows that they have no record of my order. My advice to anyone thinking about ordering from this company is to do your research and save yourself the headache and money. I have no merchandise and no way of tracking it, and no definite response from this company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
I purchased a gift voucher on the 8 December 2016. My daughter went to use the voucher but it didn't work. After days of giving me the run around Boohoo finally admitted that it had been activated so said they would refund my money in 5 working days. I have given then my bank details and transaction details 4 times they keep asking for the same info. Now they are not returning my emails. Beware of Boohoo gift vouchers especially if you don't live in the UK. Boohoo has a terrible customer service and having to wait 24-48 hour for a response to each email doesn't help. Why are they so hidden away no phone number no live chat know other emails or ways of contacting them!

To check the status of a return you have to contact them on Twitter. I spoke with 5 diff reps via Twitter and was not getting resolve, after sending a screen shot of my order form and proof of postage for my return. I also tweeted them that they are giving me the run around in regards to my refund. So I decided to open a dispute via PayPal. Magically a few hours later I received an email saying they are processing my refund and crediting the money back to my account. I don't like running behind ppl for my money. From here on out I am no longer a customer of Boohoo. Ppl open a dispute via PayPal or your bank.
