I have ordered clothing from variety of websites and have never been this disappointed. I payed $15 for expedient shipping and it's been nearly two weeks and I am yet to receive my package. I tried contacting customer service and have had no luck. UPS also does not have my tracking information. I was also told by multiple friends that they experienced the same thing. It's the first and will be the last time I ever order from this website. Between customer service, reliability and shipment it has been my absolute worse online shopping experience.
Communication from the company was excellent. Kept me up to date on the shipping and tracking with multiple emails. My dress arrived within 5 business days.
I wear a six normally, and was worried that the dress I ordered (only available in size 8) would be too large. Reviews that state the sizes run small are true, this size 8 dress fits perfectly. It was inexpensive and is nicely made. This site reminds me on Missguided, a company I enjoy shopping with.

I ordered 4 items and got them in about 8 days. Everything was true to size and fit the description and pictures pretty well. For the price everything was decent quality. I'm overall really happy with my purchase! Will order again!
The products take long to deliver and when u track your package it gives wrong information. The clothes are horrible quality and not true to size. I'm going to return and am nervous about getting a refund because i see a lot of people have yet to receive theirs
Boohoo is awesome, after my 4th time ordering about 10 items each time pretty much everything Ive order is great. A few items have been too small, I've made 1 refund and got my money back within about 3 weeks (their communication isn't always the quickest) apart from that, i love it - most things are really good quality and such a good price! I've learnt to go a size up in some things, as it can be hard to tell what the fabric will be like.
1 month to refund the clothes I sent back! And no commercial gesture, that's totally non-professional.
After reading the reviews I was hesitant to place an order. I only spent around $40 for the first purchase to see for myself. Got my order in about 8 days after I ordered and the products weren't terrible. One of the shirts I got is super cute and great quality while the other things are a little cheap. (Costume like material) but overall not bad.
I returned a bunch of items, which added up to over $100, and I have yet to receive my refund. It has been two months, and even though I contacted their team many times, they say they would refund, but they never do. This site is a huge scam, do not waste any time even looking at their clothes, it is junk quality and their customer service is the worst.

Prior to this incident I purchased two other orders from boohoo with express shipping and both arrived two weeks later, too late for when I needed them.
Now back to this incident:
They had me waiting 2 weeks for the arrival of this express shipment as well and then when I finally received it, there was a huge rip/hole (I sent them pictures).
That already frustrated me enough. They decided to handle it by offering me a replacement pair at no further cost to me, I would've been satisfied with just that and extra forgiving... however they then came back and said the color that I originally ordered had sold out. So I stated that I would accept the same shoe in a different color... and this is where all hell breaks loose... Boohoo then takes back their original offer and states that they are no longer sending a replacement because the color is different and that I should waste more of my time, money, and energy to bring it back to the post office and ship it back to them if I want my money back WTF?!
Keep in mind that it's been about three weeks now and I still don't have what I paid for. I also found out that this was a lie because when I spoke to my sister about the situation, she told me that they actually sent her a different color of her item (A bomber jacket) when they messed up the order and the original color was sold out. So now I'm finding out that boohoo lied to me, they also got my hopes up with a fake resolution, vack tracked on their offer, told me I should do all of the work if I wanted my money back (for an order they messed up), caused me I don't know how much stress, and ruined this experience for me. I'm now going to go the route of a PayPal dispute/claim as well as reporting to any necessary parties. I'm going to let it be known that they lied and offered to help me and then basically said never mind. I'm DISGUSTED with this terrible customer service. After all of the money that I spent with this company over the years, they treat me like this? NAH. I'm done with them.
Not very happy with this company's service. I bought a garment which was needed in about a week and a half. Per the delivery times posted on the site, standard delivery should have been fine. Yet after ordering and recieving confirmation of shipping, the estimated delivery was not within the time frame listed online. I was not able to cancel so to get it in time, I ordered the same item and paid extra for expedited shipping. The promised delivery date for the second order was early enough, yet BOTH items arrived two weeks late! I had no use for them by that time. The event I bought them for had already passed. I was very unhappy. I had basically just spent over a hundred dollars on nothing and had to go out and hurriedly buy something else for NYE.
I was even more displeased when I discovered that the only way to reach customer service is through Twitter. What the hell? I had to reactivate my old Twitter account to even reach out. What about people who don't have Twitter? How about an email address or phone number? Is that too normal? Anyways... I find Twitter as a customer service outlet to be very silly and inconvenient.
I was refunded the amount I paid for rushed shipping (order #2), and that was fairly easy.
I returned the first order separately, having to pay the cost of shipping myself which was annoying considering the item was completely useless to me solely because of Boohoo's inability to deliver it in the expected time frame... I sent it back over a month ago and still haven't been refunded. Boohoo customer support says to give it 21 days... I don't know what world they live in but their pace seems pretty far off from modern reality. I wish I could take this much time for everything I do... Except I'd be jobless...
Overall they have a nice selection, and for the price I thought the quality of the item I bought was appropriate. But poor service is something I cannot stand. I won't be ordering from them again.
Completely unprofessional service. Everytime I contact customer service they reply with the same email about my parcel and checking with couriers. It's been a month and I have not received my delivery. Completely useless and pathetic service. Starting to think I've invested in a scam.
I'm having a small wedding and didn't want to pay a lot of money for a dress. I ordered 2 and got them both within a week. Even shipped from the UK and I'm in Canada! I paid about $50/dress and love them both. No holes in the lace and sizing was perfect on one, but the other ran a bit big. I was very wary after reading the bad reviews, but I'm so glad I got my dress from boohoo. I don't think I could find a better deal. We'll see how it goes when I have to return one of them.
Placed order in November and still haven't received it. Contacted CS last month and they said they never received my order, even after I provided proof of the money being withdrawn by BOOHOO in my bank account. Promised a refund weeks ago, and still have yet to receive any response. Scammers, waste of money and time. Not worth the effort.
Ordered my package 2 weeks before the Christmas holiday. Granted, I expected for service/ delivery to be backed up because it was a holiday but I did not receive my package until the middle of January! When I finally got the package, some of the items fit too big. I returned some of the items and it's been 2 months and I have not received a refund. This site is a rip off! Save your money and time. The clothing is cheap and you pay for what you get.
I clearly ordered size 6 maternity clothes and when I checked my order again a couple of days after purchasing I saw that they changed it to size 10! If I just have to put 0 reviews I will not going to purchase to them again

Sizes are not true to size and material is cheap! They made me pay for shipping back even though I explained that the only reason i was returning was because their sizes weren't accurate. They have terrible customer service!
Never had such disgusting customer service from a company. Let's start with the fact that they never have anything in stock, but hey that can happen anywhere. Ok so let's move onto how they NEVER ship or deliver anything on time EVEN when you pay extra for shipping. Customer service representatives are rude, unhelpful, and careless when it comes to customer complaints or concerns. When you do email them they respond by basically saying deal with it or return it. Last time I ever recommend this site or order from it. I'd love to mean the head manager though considering there is never a phone number to reach these people.
I would like to start off by saying that I loved this website when I first ordered. I was a little nervous about ordering from something from across the world but I had heard good reviews so decided to go through with it. However, my items came a lot later than they were expected and I needed them for a certain date. Second, when I received my items I was not pleased at all, in fact I was very disappointed. I had ordered a bodysuit that came in a completely different color than I had ordered and it was very cheap material which was also too big. I ordered another body suit that was a weird size and very different color shade from the picture. I also ordered another shirt, which came with 2 of the same shirt, but the shirt was so small I couldn't enough get it on. Overall, I am very disappointed and disgusted with this website. The shipping is horrible, the clothes don't look like they do in the pictures, the clothing is very cheap material, and the sizing is completely off. The customer service takes forever to get back to you and when you want to return your items, you have to pay for the shipping. I will never ever order from this website again and I will never suggest it to anyone I know. Horrible experience.
Purchased an item that didn't fit, returned it on Dec. 2nd, my postage tracking shows they received item on Dec. 5/2016, still getting the run around and have not received my credit back yet and it is Feb. 21/2017!
I have gotten nothing but the run around with multiple emails back and forth, no where near worth the hassle!
