One of the items were incorrect in my order and the company offers no solution to their mistakes. US customers still pay $6.75 to return the item then, rebuy the item plus pay for shipping in hopes they don't mess up again. A shame that they offer no real fix to mistakes. Quality is low with fabric. All skirts and pants feel like legging material. I could get over the quality and make it work but making customers literally pay more to fix their mistakes is ridiculous. At least give a 5% coupon off next order or something because telling a customer, "sorry we messed up but please go spend more money so we can do better" is unacceptable! At least exchange what company incorrectly sends.
I like to shop at Boohoo because of their great deals, everything is 50% off most of the time and every now and then you'll get a 60% of deal if you receive email alerts from them. The only issue I've ever had was ordering a purse from them, I felt the only photo was misleading making the bag appear larger than it really was. The picture made the tote-like purse seem longer by about 2 inches compared to the actual bag I received. I reviewed the bag on their site and expressed this concern and they never responded. I've reviewed a few other products on their site as well and Boohoo responded grateful for my reviews. I love the quality of the bag and I wear it often just as I do the clothing I've bought with them. Overall, I would recommend this site just be sure to read the dimension details for each product and covert measurements if necessary because they're a UK brand.
Ordered a pair of size 10 shoes and after two weeks they finally come... one is size 10 and the other is size 11. After contacting costumer service asking if I could exchange the size 11 for a size 10, all I would get are these automated-styled responses saying to return the order to process a refund, even though the shipping costs would cost about the same price as the shoes.
Also, the quality of their products are POOR.
This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I put in an order and cancelled the order in under 5 minutes. I was not issued a refund for days and then when I was issued the refund, it was immediately taken back out. Currently the company is telling me that they cannot give me a refund without a screenshot of my bank information!
Returned items over 2 months ago, no refunds no emails to say they received my items when i question they said they got them, refunds not processed. Then told refunds processed 5 days later no money, again i contacted said failed again another 5 days got in contact said they had to be manually put through expect 24-48 hours asking if i have open disputes when i clearly started i didn't and yet again nothing, legal action will be taken!
I really wanted to like this company because they offer a petite line for ladies 5'3 and under. I ordered 2 petite maxi dresses and 2 pairs of pants. Note, the pants were labeled as "trousers." Upon receipt, one pair of trousers was actually just thin stretchy leggings that were more like workout clothes and definitely not office appropriate. So I was pretty disappointed in that. The dresses however were a joke. I wear a size 0 usually so I'm definitely an XS, but these dresses were so tight I could barely move or breathe. On top of that, they were thin and you could see my crotch through them. Cheap cheap cheap! They looked like clubwear. I decided to keep them anyway in case I ever decided to become a $20 hooker but I was definitely returning the "pants." By the way, I sent an email to customer service expressing my dissatisfaction in a polite way (just trying to let them know, not expecting anything free) and although it said all emails would be responded to in 48 hours, no one bothered to contact me. So I paid the ridiculous return shipping charge, packaged up my return, and took it to the PO. It's been over a week and I've heard nothing, not even a confirmation email. Tracking for the return shows nothing and Boohoo's website states that they are not responsible for returns being lost so I'm starting to wonder if they are trying to scam me out of my return money, in which case I will definitely be opening a PayPal case. I will not be buying from them again. Forever 21 honestly has better quality.
Bought a few items, all were great quality (nice thick fabric -no cheap thin stuff, sewn well) and fit perfectly.
The only problem I had was I paid for quicker shipping, but it arrived 2 days past the latest estimated time of delivery. This may have been because I'm in Australia though. I'd say if you're ordering stuff for an event, just make sure you factor in a longer timeframe than they say.
Overall, I would recommend them :)
Paid premium shipping, items were a week late, and cheap quality - velvet peeling of shoes on arrival. No remorse from company, no refund for shipping, no responsibility taken at all. Still waiting for item refunds, being told a load of crap - that it hasn't reached them, when tracking says it has. $92, plus $14.95 return shipping out of pocket. DON'T DO IT.
I am really disappointed. I have been buying from Boohoo for years, but recently they have really dropped the ball.
I sent a return which was received on July 10th at their local returns depot, and I am still waiting for a refund almost 60 days later, after about 11 emails and multiple Facebook messages. I have provided proof of delivery, including a signature and name of the person who signed for the package, but they continuously tell me they don't have the items and they are looking into it. FOR 60 DAYS!
I will be reporting them to VISA for breach of their own returns policy, and advise you all do the same if faced with similar circumstances.
Over the past week or so I've had 4 orders from boohoo.
The first one was perfect came very quickly and was exactly what it looked like on the website. I was impressed. So I ordered again.
I ordered another dress that came quick and was perfect. Didn't exactly look like the pictures but for £12.00 who was I to complain? I still liked it. So I was happy.
The third parcel arrived. Again very quickly. The outfit I received was disgusting and the sizes were very small. I looked into sending it back and that isn't as simple as it may seem. I don't own a computer so how am I meant to print off the form?
Stupidly, I agreed to buying my boyfriend a cheap pair of shoes for a wedding on Saturday with next day delivery. Which said it would come between 18:00-22:00. I paid £7.99 on the Tuesday night to ensure they would arrive my next evening. They didn't arrive. Its now Thursday, I've tried all day today to contact boohoo and Uk mail who were sending my parcel. I finally found Boohoos customer service number. Mission almost in $#*!ing possible. You would think it would be clearly stated on their website but it isn't. I called and was put through to 'customer services' by one of their team. After being on hold, I finally spoke to someone who said. " I'm not much help, I'm just on reception, have you got Facebook? If so message on there, they will be more help. They will typically reply within an hour." I'm sorry but what company deals with their paying customers souly through Facebook? That sentence finally made something click in my brain. No professional company would have a crap customer care number and deal with their customers through social media alone.
I messaged. Because by this point I was desperate. I needed these poxy shoes. By latest 18:00 pm tonight as it would be the last time I see my boyfriend before the big day.
I explained. I was angry. I wanted to completely cancel the order. Get a refund and rush out tonight and buy another pair. Inconveniently.
And all their reply was...
Hi I'm really sorry but we cant cancel the order it is out for delivery today again if the delivery fails 3 times it'll be returned to us.
Really...
And as for U. K. Mail, well I won't even go there with that one. They have a number. But it's automated, real people don't exist and it cuts you off, if you don't press the number they want you to. So you can't even get help with your parcel.
The parcel arrived tonight at 20:00. A little too late. Well a whole day late.
So the moral of the story is don't bother paying the £7.99 for next day (evening) delivery because it's a complete and utter $#*!ing rip off. The service doesn't exist. They deliver when they feel like it.

I order from boohoo so often it's so convenient shipping to Ireland is so fast free return and quality of the cloths and shoes are good only thing I haven't liked I baught from then was the stick on bras that was not one bit sticky and knickers which were awkward material I have messaged them and they asked me to return them but I haven't had time and left it to long now but other than that I will continue to buy cloths from them just no underwear anymore
I ordered this bag to go to uni so it was very important that my laptop was able to fit in my bag. Based on the measurements given in the info tab there would be no problem to be able to fit it inside my bag. Now I have the bag and it appears that the measurements are quite a bit off. About 9 centimeters (3,5 inch) to be exact. Pretty sure that's some form of wrongfull advertising or whatever but hey who am I right?
When I message them about this they simply state that there can be "discrepancies" in the measurements and if I want my money back I'll have to return it. Which would cost me 13 euros (15 dollars) extra while I'm not the one in the wrong! Never ever ordening again from them that's for sure
Received my package today*****Totally disappointed my order was $96.00 and I had to pay $60.00 in customs and duties. I was under the impression that they were responsible for the duties and taxes... I will never purchase from this company and I will advise others not to. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. I CONTACTED THEM NO RESPONSE-:-(
Despite the poor quality clothes and prices that seem to be getting more expensive I decided to order some holiday clothes that has resulted in them charging me 3 times without the order actually going through, it then took 16 days, lots of emails and poor customer service for me to get my money back. Because of this terrible service I decided to complain, I was responded to almost immediately and on the email they sent I was asked to contact them, which I did straight away and despite multiple email to them I have still not been responded to 17 days after customer complaints contacted me. They have caused me a lot of stress and have made me feel as if I am a monster customer and that they feel the need to ignore me.
I have ordered many times from boohoo.
As with many of these fast fashion sites the sizing is almost always all over the place!
The quality is hit and miss. Most the the fabrics are similar- the stretch fabric is of decent quality the cottons are usually very cheap. Don't wash wel and generally what you pay for. I have got the jackpot a few times where the cut and quality is excellent so again. It's hot or miss and for the price you can't really expect more than that.
This company have owed me money for two months and despite emailing 12 X I get the same response every time - 'Please wait 30 days' well it has been 70 days!
I have emailed over proof of postage and provided everything they have asked for.

Bought around 20 items off boohoo only problems were shipping was later than stated (and kept changing date) and few items didnt fit but over all good experience and cheaps clothes and good quality shoes and clothes
They were supposed to send me the parcel until max July 23rd. I never received the parcel. I emailed teh customer service, no reply. I started using twitter. The only response was: we are going through messages. After 1 month still no result. I paid in advance, so I guess my money is gone :( Never buy there again.
My friend ordered from Boohoo so naturally I thought it would be fine. Number of issues came up, like products being listed at for example, $8 but showing up in my cart as twice that amount even after using all the proper sale codes. They also have a timer on the website sales, urging you to finish and checkout before the timer ends but the timer literally restarts everytime.
The worst part is that I input my delivery address and my billing address, which are different as I am away at college. When they sent me a confirmation email, the two addresses had been switched... Which doesn't even make sense that I had input them improperly and switched them myself, as my credit card would not have gone through if I had put my delivery address as my billing one. So the business itself mixed the addresses up. Upon emailing them, they lied to me and told me it was going to the right address despite me repeatedly emphasizing it needs to be delivered to the CA address, NOT the MA one. Upon checking the tracking, it said it was still going to MA. They refuse to do anything about something that is completely of their own fault, and this business needs to be reported to the better business bureau. This is honestly ridiculous, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BOOHOO. They follow incredibly malicious business practices.
I ordered a dress 10 days before a wedding. I paid $6.99 for faster shipping so it could arrive in time. It showed up a week later than it should have, in total a little over 2 weeks. After three emails where I thought I was being incredibly clear about my situation I was at a dead end. They refused to refund even just the postage for the inconvenience, they refused to pass me on to their superiors and they made no effort to compensate me whatsoever, not even a $10 gift voucher just as an example!
If a company wants to continue their success they must treat their customers fairly and properly.
They will not look after you as a customer.

Answer: I wouldn't I had to fight so hard for my refund. It took them about 4 months to acknowledge that they had actually received it
