I ordered some items July 10th as of today I haven't received the items. I reached out to Fedex cause the tracking shows the package at their TN office since July 16th, per Fedex the package has been lost & won't be delivered. I reached out to Boohoo & they are refusing to refund my card back until after August 12th (A Full Month After My Initial Order) even though Fedex website clearly shows the package is lost. I've ordered from Boohoo several times over the past few years and never had any issues until my last 2 orders. After this I won't be ordering from Boohoo again.
My package came late, because the tracking site is disaster. Quality & material is awful, products are see through. When I wear them, it looks similar to pictures in my camera, but in real life it looks different. I can't return my products, because they didn't give me my postage receipt! I'm super mad and disappointed!
I'm sure you've all heard this a million times but your clothes are very poor quality and not true to size. I shouldn't have to order 3 sizes up from my Norma size just for your clothes to MAYBE fit me. They always have this foul smell in the package and whoever you have stitching your clothes does them very poorly and maybe they wouldn't be made poorly if you paid your workers normal wages instead of slave wages. Just food for thought. Horrible experience and I won't be ordering from here again

My daughter ordered from boohoo.com. She paid $18 something for 3 shirts. Upon receiving them the shirts were too small. The textbot on the website said to send the items back and she would need to pay an additional $4 in shipping to return the items. She only received $7 back in a refund and "customer service" gave her the run around about getting the full refund. According to customer service because the items/service was carried out, they wont refund the initial shipping. Absolutely ridiculous! Will never order from the site again and will be contacting the better business bureau about how unprofessional they really are!
Unlike most online sites nowadays, Boohoo doesn't offer free shipping on all items and even more frustrating is that when the items eventually come (mine took one month to arrive from two states over) they are poor quality and not as they appear in the images on the website. I then went onto their returns page and had to pay an extra $15 for a returns label as they do not offer free returns. I will never buy from here again.
DO NOT BUY HERE! I've been waiting more than a MONTH for my order. After many mails they keep asking to wait more weeks. I really wonder if i'll ever get my money back for the goods i never received. I've been seeing lots of complaints about the same issue on instagram. It has nothing to do with delays because of COVID-19, cause they never sent the items in the first place. I've got purchases from China that already were delivered and this what costed me 6 delivery costs isn't here yet. Very bad customer service too! I don't understand why the Netherlands works with such a company with allegations of workers exploitation
My package, to be delivered in Florida, has been in Indianapolis since 7/9 at 3:49am. It has been 15 days with no movement. I have called FedEx customer service several times and have finally been told that they are having ongoing issues with boohoo packages due to the mailers they're using getting ripped and items falling out or the packages not being sealed properly therefore, the packages are empty and unable to be shipped/delivered. FedEx told me that they have informed Boohoo that they need to use new mailers and/or properly seal them and a few days ago, they shipped HUNDREDS of packages that had issues back to Boohoo and PrettyLittleThing (they're both the same company). Another package that I ordered the day before but shipped the same day, arrived 2 weeks ago with a hole in it (for some reason, although shipped the same day, the 2 packages took completely different routes) I have gotten in touch with Boohoo via Instagram and was originally told I need to wait until 7/30 before they'll even look into it, then was told later by another agent that I have to wait until 8/2. All of the items I ordered are sold out so I asked if they can just resend me my package when they get it back, but was told they can't do that. It makes absolutely no sense that they can't just resend my items... they're telling me that I can hope to catch them and reorder them if they put them back on the site. You'd think the least they can do is send my order back out after going through all this hassle and that they should appreciate the fact that I don't just want a refund. Their customer service is the absolute worst. I have ordered from them 7 or 8 times over the past couple of years... never again!
Please save yourself some time and money by not shopping with Boohoo. I was shopping for a wedding reception dress for my wedding and bought one of there dresses a month and a half in advance. After a month of never recieving it I reached out. I called Fed Ex and they explained that it was probably lost. When I reached out to Boohoo customer service they refused to help me for another 2 weeks. They gave me a random date and said if it doesnt come by this date we will help you even though fed ex verified that the package was lost. I was stressing out trying to figure out what I was going to do about getting a wedding reception dress and I was out $30. Please dont waste your time and money shopping with this company.
Apparently my order failed they did not tell me this just took my money anyway no explanation only decided to tell me the order had not gone through bwhen I queried why it still said processing. Customer services no help at all. Would not use afain

Hi, I am so sorry that you haven't had the order. I have had a look and can see the last updated on the tracking on the 20th of June so we would now class this as being lost. I did have a look and i'm afraid the order was no longer in stock so i have fully refunded the order for you so $43.77 will be back in your account by the 29th of July for you -
They are collecting the money and making customers wait months and at the end they say the product is no longer in stock and then say we have to wait more days for our refund. Very disappointed
Ordered off here for a second time and should have known from the first that the material and sizing guides are terrible. The tshirt dresses I ordered in an 8 and they go to my knees and look like a bag, very unlike the model where they hang mid thigh. The over knee boots fall down past your knee after walking a few steps. I have contacted them on facebook and sent in the most ridiculous photos of me in my dress tshirts against the models and have still been told material differs than the model. Now i'm expected to send them back and pay $15. I'll be sticking to asos from now on with their free deliveries over $100 and free returns. 2 star review says it all, and i will also be passing on the message to not order from boohoo
They changed the price of my items last minute when I was checking out. Then, when I contacted them about it, they said they couldn't change the price of the items. An order that originally came out to $36 turned into a $50 order due to their error. Now, I have to pay for shipping to return the items. Stay away! Especially with what's going on in the news about the company and their inhumane practices.
I bought three things from boohoo and they were all cheap and see through clothing. I do not suggest this website.
I'm really shocked to see so many low reviews. My first buy was literally perfect. I'm plus sized and for the first time EVERYTHING fit true to size, I'm so used to having to buy a size up that I was shocked when I realized a dress I got was a tad big on me and I could've gotten my actual size. It was such a good buy that I bought again. Praying I feel the same on the second buy, but they are literally so cheap that I feel like I cant complain, AND my items came within 5-7 days from order date. I picked standard shipping!
PLEASE, just don't. It will take 1-2 months to get your items, you will hate every item, the items you DO like will rip, tear, or fade within 1 wash, and the things you DONT like will take 1-2 months to get your money back.

Don't order here. They offer worldwide shipping but you have to pay a return by yourself. 40 eur for a return label is nothing if you order more than three peaces. The answers you get are quite poor. Very disappointed from this. Can't even call it "customer service".
Ordered loungewear suit in Mocha colour and to be honest it was the worst purchase i have ever made in 52years! There are holes everywhere looks like moths have eaten it and material looks nothing like the picture. I am in total shock that a company would even consider this item acceptable, i would be embarrassed to take it to even the charity shop! I can't say anymore!

I always shop for my Big and Tall guy myself, and just found Boohooman a couple of weeks ago. The clothes all run a size small, maybe even a size and a half. The shirts fit width, but couldn't also cover the length for a Tall size. But, WOW, the quality! Unbelievable! Especially for the price! Sturdy, thick material, fantastically made, and great looking. Maybe, just not good for big AND tall. Good luck, fellas!
