I ordered two dresse in March 2020 for a wedding in Texas and then COVID happened and my flights were cancelled. I returned the dresses because I no longer had a use for them, plus they didn't fit well. I returned the dresses with the return label Boohoo provided and they then claimed they did not receive my return. It is July 2020 and I still have not received my refund. They claimed they did not receive the returned dresses which left me with no dresses and no refund. Plus you cannot talk to customer service on the telephone - only by email. I told them I do most of my shopping on-line and would never be shopping with them again. They could care less - DO NOT SHOP WITH BOOHOO! I can see now why they are called Boohoo though - it's because of all the SAD customers they leave behind! P.S. I would rate his company zero stars if that was an option!

I received my order today, and out of the 8 pieces, there wasn't a single piece that was decently made or wearable. All items were see-through and thin and were made with a weird t-shirt material, and it just wasn't cute. Also, just learned that they paid their worker close to nothing and were exposed for exploration... so best to stay away from this disgusting website.

Well I ordered about 8 items for my partner, 7 of the items my partner returned through toyou asda!
They lost the parcel and advised me to inform boo hoo.
I have done so on 6 different emails, a different person replies each time with the snae 48 hour response.
I've now been waiting 3 weeks from boo hoo and 8 weeks overall!
I have never had a worse experience with any company.

I ordered a dress from them early June was tracking it never came never came never came finally FedEx investigated for me here it was in Memphis empty nothing was even in the box so I try to get my money back or another size and they tell me they have to investigate for themselves and then just tell me they're going to refund my money when I said I want a different size they no longer make the dress but the dress is still on the website. Awful experience can't contact customer service. Don't waste your money or your time
I just made one mistake on the address, contacted the costumer care immediately, they said they could not change the address, even when the product didnt left the warehouse. They said its not going to be a problem, so i waited. Contacted them a lot of times and the local carrier.
In the end no product and no refund. Wouldnt buy for sure from them again.

My package took forever to arrive, the sizes were totally incorrect ie the stated sizes online are not the correct ones. Sizes are way too small, very misleading. The customer has to fund the return post for the incorrectly sized garments - never ever buy from Boohoo.com. Its a take it or leave it attitude
This is the worst online shopping website. Product quality is poor. And customer service is non-existent. You receive template answers. Ordered 4 size 8 dresses. All 4 were different sizes. I'm size 6 and some of their size 8 were so small, a kid would fit fine. And 2 products were faulty. I got cheap skirts instead of baby bump bands. And on top of that, I am asked to pay return shipping for returning faulty products. Don't shop here. Save yourself the headache and your money.
When I saw their sale I got so happy I went on ordering a bunch of stuff. The first suspicious thing was the 10.00$ shipping! I waited almost 2 weeks and when i get my package it had rips! Another suspicious thing! The dresses I bought were see through the material was alll see through worse quality than rainbow! Please dont order from here! This was my third time ordering from boohoo. First two times were alright ( sent me wrong size shoe the first time which I didn't care). This last time though has done it for me. I ordered a dress for my friends wedding as well as a new swim suit. Paid express shipping. I get notification from fed ex saying package is delayed. It's been three weeks still no package. I call fed ex they said package arrived empty. I contact boohoo demanding a refund and they said I have to give it until July 3rd. What they are doing is theft taking money and not giving what you pay for. Avoid this site at all costs
I did the site quiz about what size to buy and it told me to buy 16 so I ordered a size 16 jeans when they came I couldn't even get them past my bum, I always order 16 everywhere but I know that sizes are different for each store/ website so I sent them back and ordered plus size 18 instead they came and still don't fit, the last time I bought a pair of jeans (size 16) I was 1 stone heavier so I know it's not because I have gained weight or anything, I also ordered a plus size 18 dress which is fine in length and around the stomach but on my chest it's too small, I usually buy size 16 for that aswell, the clothes in general are nice and are exactly what they looked like but the sizing is all over the place.
