I ordered some stuff from them on Saturday evening. On Sunday I thought of something else and emailed to add it to my current order to avoid any delay and shipment charges. I got the response that now the order is packed and we cant process your request. Ok. Its Monday night and the ordered hasnt been shipped yet? And yes, I paid extra for expedited shipping. Come on! And your prices were not the best either by the way!

My initial order was promptly delivered (ahead of estimated time) and consisted of all new Honda OEM parts as described. Unfortunately one of the parts was defective so I reached out to Boats.net and they shipped out the replacement part (Boat fuel pump) the next day! I didn't even have the defective part ready to ship back to them at that point. Anyway, the replacement part worked great and I returned the faulty pump. I can't state how strongly I appreciate Great Customer Service, especially during these difficult times (8/2020). I will recommend Boats.net to everyone!

Parts are good but shipping very slow. Price not set up for a boat repair shop. I have been a shop owner for over 20 years and still pay the same price as the public. This is a hard way to do business.

I had previously ordered the part from another company (crowleymarine.com), and after waiting over a week with no shipping confirmation I called Crowley and was told that the part was not in stock and that they had no idea when they might get it, I cancelled the order with Crowley. What the parts have been many for the Yamaha. I think they seals, impeller, spark plugs, tps, good for any parts.

After much frustration trying to save money on eBay and having no mechanical experience with boat maintenance, I sucked it up and paid a slightly higher price at Boats.net with which I gained their technical support and expertise! Trust these guys, they know what they are doing! After attempting to replace my starter for 6 weeks, one call to boats.net and they sent correct starter and selinoid and project completed In 2 hrs! I highly recommend this company!

I live in a small village on Lake Gatun in the Republic of Panama. There are lots of locals with old 80's and 90's small outboards of all makes. All of them have lots of hours as they use them daily on their cayucos (hollowed out log canoes) to commute to and from their homes and haul farm products and supplies around the lake. I have been ordering parts from Boats.net for about ten years for these people and they have never let me down. Their online catalog has allowed me to order all sorts of parts that are not even available in Panama. I have only had to call them a couple times but on those occasions the people I spoke with were knowledgeable and helped me sort out identifying the specific part.
