I shopped local suppliers who did not have the part I needed. Boats. Net had true item and shipped it promptly

Shipped the incorrect parts initially and had to call to get the correct parts. Difficult online to make sure you're ordering the correct parts

I wanted some extra keys for my boat, I tried several differant sites and kept getting the wrong keys. I ordered a set from Boats. Net and they were perfect, the shipping was quick could not be happier with their service.

Good prices and like that I can get manufacturer products, not "generic". Maybe they are using postal service to try to lower shipping costs. You can not rely on delivery to be when USPS says it will arrive.

Easy to find the parts that I needed using the diagrams and lookup features on your website. Shopping was easy and products were shipped the same day as ordered.

Customer service handled my screw up and it was very much appreciated. They were very understanding to my order error and resolved issue.

We had ordered a part that never came still hasn't come. We ordered it expedited shipping which normally comes UPS and good service at that. This part was sent even though we ask expedited shipping we never received it still haven't received it. But when I called boats.net about it I talked to George he overnighted one to us we got it when he said it would come. George is just perfect he helped us so much because our customer was getting mad. I think you again George for all your help. Kathryn Kirby.

My purchase was quick and easy. The tires I was looking for were in stock; the price was reasonable and the delivery was right on time.

Went to use my trolling motor this Spring only to find the plastic base was cracked from improper storage. boat.net had the part available and at a reasonable price. It's back together and is ready to go. First time purchase and I am very pleased with their service.

I had trouble with my outboard and knew it could be 3 different things. I did what boats.net said on their home page to order what you think you need and send back what you didn't. The returns department was very nice and the transaction was very smooth.

Gaskets arrived quickly and undamaged! Packaging was a great surprise as in a cardboard sleeve instead of a envelope with stiff backer.

The parts I needed for my 115 HP Tohatsu were backordered with Tohatsu USA, but you had them, so I ordered from Boats.net and received them quickly. In the future, I will check with Boats.net first.

I found the exact part I needed for my 18 hp motor that is close to 50 years old within a matter of a few minutes. It shipped right away and I had it in a couple days.

I appreciate the ease of parts look up with diagrams specific to engine model number. Always have the parts I need and competative pricing. Shipping charge is reasonable as well. Shipping times are on par as well.

Boats.net has a lot of parts at decent prices. Fast and free shipping, if over $150, which isn't hard to do when you're buying boat parts!
