I've been buying Honda power equipment parts from Boats.net for about a decade. They continue to by my only source, and for good reason: Great prices, quick turn around on the orders, and fast shipping. It doesn't get any better.

The shipping is very slow. This keeps me from ordering from Boats.net. I tend to lean towards companies like Crowley that consistently ship significantly faster than.

So far (haven't put the parts in yet to make sure they work) experience has been great. I called into customer service for a few questions before I ordered and Mike talked me through all my questions with knowledge, experience, humor, and confidently without hesitation.

I was able to find a water pump gasket for a 30+ year old outboard motor with some help from the chat bot I'd definitely use you again as a first choice

I'm not an outboard motor expert. I appreciate the ease of navigating this site and the detail drawings to identify each part. Have purchased several times with the same great results.

Ordered 2 of the ignition cover caps. I typed in my serial #. But unfortunately they are to big. Looks like I will go to the hardware store and get some type of rubber caps. That should work ok. I do really love boats.net though. Every thing else I've gotten has been perfect.

Went to use my trolling motor this Spring only to find the plastic base was cracked from improper storage. boat.net had the part available and at a reasonable price. It's back together and is ready to go. First time purchase and I am very pleased with their service.

Ordered several parts for a 1995 Mercury outboard that are difficult to find elsewhere. The parts were reasonably priced, delivered on time, and shipped in a very strong box to prevent shipping damage. I was totally impressed.

Received merchandise quickly and item was exactly as stated in ad. It was an easy and efficient transaction. I would make a purchase from them again if the need arises.

Was able to easily review online engine diagrams, find the part number needed and confirm with their inhouse parts department prior to ordering. Once ordered received the parts within a couple of days. Would highly recommend!

Ordered prop as their system went down. Could not get a confirmation. When entering my preliminary order number back when system was up... system kept reporting no order found. Never received a confirmation. Gave up and ordered from another source. But it DID arrived. All beat up and the box damaged. When I call to explained the situation... I was given an RMA... no problem... but the cost to ship return was on me. I asked about the free returns and was told they'll accept it back without a restocking charge... even if their system was in partial blame? It cost $56. To return. Doesn't sound like a free return as advertised. Beware. Contacting through phone, chat, and return messaging very awkward with slow response time. I'd recommending avoiding this site completely.

Boats.net always comes through for us here at Lewis Boats. Always friendly, items show up on time sometimes earlier than expected. They even sent us a swag pack!

There site is easy to use. Part diagrams make it easy to find what you are looking for. Ordering the items and paying went without a hitch. Finally the parts were delivered quickly. L

I love the fact that most parts are in stock, however when I have to wait up to 10 days for a delivery is not ideal. Using the postal service to ship packages is a bad idea. It certainly makes me think twice about ordering from another site.

Easy to find and order the parts I needed all on one site. Reasonable prices. Biggest negative is now my inbox is filling up with unwanted emails. I got three from Boats.net just this weekend, none of which were related to my order.

Great selection of engine diagrams, with part numbers and serial numbers and I can always count on a very knowledgeable staff to assist me if needed 😀

Good prices and like that I can get manufacturer products, not "generic". Maybe they are using postal service to try to lower shipping costs. You can not rely on delivery to be when USPS says it will arrive.

First, called on the phone to get our sales tax certificate issue straightened out. Took about 3 mins, done. Next, went back online to place the order. Done. Shortly after that came the confirmation email. Thank you Boats.net

I originally ordered the incorrect part, entirely my fault. When I called to return it the process was smooth and without a hassle. Additionally the correct part was unavailable through Boats.net due to no longer being produced, however the customer service rep assisted we in locating it on EBay through his own initiative. Great experience overall and much appreciated.

I have used boats. Net several times. There web site makes it fairly easy to navigate to look up parts. I have also called in the past and they are very helpful. Unfortunately for me, parts are getting harder to find for my 1997 Honda 90 hp outboard. No fault of boats.net either. They are my go to online shopping for motor parts. Fair price and shipping is fast.

Ordered OEM high tension cords for my outboard. The online diagrams showed exactly what the part numbers were and in stock. They shipped fast and free!

Cost me $53 USD shipping for 6 carb jets - package was delayed multiple times, was slow to be sent, was caught in a postal strike, and even when strike ended they just sat for over a week, its now been a full month since I ordered and still no parts. They declined to refund my shipping charge despite them being able to claim it back from UPS. Bad service and would not recommend as they have no reviews on their site probably due to their refusal to back their own shipper. Go with Crowley Marine instead.

I have a small marine repair shop. I find that Boats.net has the best selection of parts and is very easy to deal with. They cannot control the Postal Service (which is terrible these days), but they do their best to make sure you get what you need.

Great website. Very easy to use. Needed parts for a 1986 Yamaha outboard which are very hard to find and they had what I needed. Ordered it late in the day with priority shipping and my order was processed and shipped that day.

I needed to contact someone about my order and called them direct. We straightened everything out, cancelled one order and reordered the parts. Arrived five days later. Everything was correct.

Prompt and efficient. Went through another dealer and even though I gave them the correct part number, they sent me a different part. Boats.net got it right the 1st time

My experience this time as well as all of the other orders I have places has been shipped and received very promptly. I had one order that a an o ring missing but customer service had it in the mail the same day I called. VERY satisfied with service!

I've ordered parts for my Suzuki outboard for several years now. The parts are always in stock, and they are shipped very fast. Great service. If i had one suggestion, it would be to use a box or some kind of rigid packaging if one orders an oil filter. The shipping bags are great but they allow the filters to get crushed. I ordered a filter and it came fine, but it has happened in the past. Thank you

I found the exact part I needed for my 18 hp motor that is close to 50 years old within a matter of a few minutes. It shipped right away and I had it in a couple days.

I get all my Yamaha Outboard parts at Boats.net and sometimes even find parts for lawn equipment. It is very rare that parts have to be on back order and shipping happens very reliably.

Ordering was easy, parts diagrams helped considerably. The parts arrived on the scheduled delivery date(actually it was a day early). Installed them last night and everything fit as expected. Very happy with the purchase.

First, when I say "hard to find Yamaha part" it's not because it's not out there…. But, when I searched the specific part number I needed, droves of different companies websites pop up and were suggested as having carrying this particular part. I did like any other shopper would do, click on the first one and looking for the best price. Where my search lead me to Boats.net was because the first two sites I clicked on all lead me to believe they had the part only to be told parts not available once I tried to checkout. But, finally finding Boats.net website… not only did they indicate rather or not the part was "In Stock" on the initial product page, but they indicated the price (lowest out of all of them) and indicated my approximate delivery date if ordered today. And on top of all that … free delivery and here local in the USA. My part arrived on time and as advertised. Now I keep Boats.net book marked and will now make them my FIRST go-to for all my boating and parts needs. I've been buying from Boats.net for at least 8 yrs. Easy website to use with great schematics. Shipping has always been very timely and reasonable prices as well.

Order parts alot from here most of the time they are in stock and get shipped pretty quick I would like an option to use ups for shipping instead of usps sometimes they lose package.

Boats.net has many OEM parts for a Honda 2003 BF8A outboard. Obviously some parts are no longer available, however tune-up items seem to be still available, and at reasonable pricing.

They were very helpful the part came in within four days they took a lot of time to look up the part I needed and I got it from my Suzuki engine thank you guys very much. Great to deal with

Ordered a Prop sleeve bore under the understanding that it would fit my outboard based off of the items description but it was too big. Message printed on package states that it's not returnable if opened. The only way to determine the fit was to open and slide it up towards the bore. Money wasted

I received my order sooner than expected, even using the standard delivery, and the OEM parts were a perfect fit for my Honda outboard. It's up and running as good as new. Getting the right parts the first time is a real plus. I'll definitely use Boats.net for all my future purchases.

Had everything I needed to rebuild the lower unit and carbs on my 1999 Yamaha 40hp outboard. Customer service folks I talked with and asked questions were very nice and pleasant to deal with. Shipping was pretty quick too. Overall great experience

You have done a small family business wrong. I'm sorry that we are obviously not that important to you - you could not refund a $120 decal set that you sent as incomplete. That money is a drop in the hat for a big corporation. But you'd rather do someone wrong. It means very little to you so you won't care but you've lost our business. Keep your money and take the decals. We don't ask for anything free. We run an honest operation unlike yours.

I wanted some extra keys for my boat, I tried several differant sites and kept getting the wrong keys. I ordered a set from Boats. Net and they were perfect, the shipping was quick could not be happier with their service.

The spark plugs I ordered came in today and were not in their main smaller boxes. Instead they were rolling around in a larger box where they could come into contact with each other and break.

Boats.net has always had my needed parts, at comparable pricing. Prompt service, very quick at shipping the product. Only bad thing in shipping is using, USPS for carrier. Very unreliable shipping source.
