Everything I've ordered in the past month are so have been right. The only problem that I had it was shipped with USPS. The last order was 3 days late from the date that I was supposed to received it.
Ordered 2 of the ignition cover caps. I typed in my serial #. But unfortunately they are to big. Looks like I will go to the hardware store and get some type of rubber caps. That should work ok. I do really love boats.net though. Every thing else I've gotten has been perfect.

I originally ordered the incorrect part, entirely my fault. When I called to return it the process was smooth and without a hassle. Additionally the correct part was unavailable through Boats.net due to no longer being produced, however the customer service rep assisted we in locating it on EBay through his own initiative. Great experience overall and much appreciated.

Best prices for OEM parts. If you need it in a hurry you have to pay extra for the shipping, the free shipping is far from fast.
You have done a small family business wrong. I'm sorry that we are obviously not that important to you - you could not refund a $120 decal set that you sent as incomplete. That money is a drop in the hat for a big corporation. But you'd rather do someone wrong. It means very little to you so you won't care but you've lost our business. Keep your money and take the decals. We don't ask for anything free. We run an honest operation unlike yours.
