Finding what you are looking for on the website is easy, the information for the items is clear and straight forward. The only caveats are the shipping information listed is extremely ballpark. I recommend you contact customer service to get a more accurate time frame. I was extremely satisfied and happy with their Customer Service Department. I called and was connected to a representative named Deshawn in about a minute, he was excellent, my talk with him took less than three minutes to get the information I needed and my order arrangements made to minimize my time out of the water. One thing I learned is that if any item of your order is backordered they will wait until that item is in stock to ship the whole order in total. So if you find this to be an issue for yourself, you might consider creating separated orders to get what you can more quickly.

Contrary to some negative reviews submitted, I understand that our supply chain is somewhat questionable on a lot of things including boat parts. Everything I ordered arrived on time for cheaper than other companies with the exception of one part. I called and they were very customer service oriented and checked the status of my order. Everything (except that one item) arrived within a few days. I guess that's the small price we pay when we own luxury items (boat motors) that are manufactured over seas. Thanks Boats.net

This vendor has hard to find OEM parts. It was easy to search their website for the part numbers that I needed. Both price and shipping times were reasonable. I have used this vendor in the past and I will used them again in the future.

Had to rent boat to go on trout fishing trip because they scammed me on date.
Read other reviews. Regular thing for them. They get a lot of sales this way.

Hawkeye Depthfinder and NorCross Marine Products went the distance to replace my transducer for my Depthfinder. Had to pay shipping both ways but worth the wait. Customer service was a good considering they do not handle phone calls. They only do it through email correspondence.

I have a 1992 Yamaha outboard I've restored thanks to Boats.net. They hade the diagram for the correct model and stocked parts for it not found anywhere else. Great service whenever I had a question. Even have the specs for my 1983 16/52 Monark. Monark is a thing of the past and I couldn't find information on my boat anywhere when I bought it. Boats.net has the specs on line free.

Purchased and item in September, was supposed to receive it in 3 weeks. Never received an update and now it's supposed to be shipped dec. 23rd. Don't buy from this company if you need it in a timely manner. Oh and the customer service is terrible.

So whenever we receive an order that we don't have in stock we make sure to provide an update on however long we expect the manufacturer to take in delivering us the part. We just can't determine how long the manufacturer will take. We are sorry we didn't get you the parts you needed in time and we hope you give us another chance!
Need a rush part. Paid expedited shipping. They sent it ground which will be 7 days. So I would avoid paying for fast Shipp ng and just expect it to show up whenever.

Stay away from these idiots. Ordered Yamaha parts. First they told me 3 days, then a week and a half and now it's December 10th. I get it if it's a backdated part from the manufacture. But don't keep feeding me bull$#*!. Now they want 3-5 days to return my money.
