I had to call to get my question answered after I got my question answered I made my purchase and the delivery was fast very pleased overall!
I ordered two parts. Eight days later they still have not shipped. Sent the company three queries about my order, none have been answered. Tried calling customer service twice and the call went to an automated message that they are too busy and try again tomorrow. One of the calls was 30 minutes after the start of their business hours. I sent a message to cancel order.
Placed order on 6/8 and was promptly charged... next notice that I received about my order was 6/20... showing "shipped"... tracking shows part won't be delivered until 6/27. Rediculous. I won't make this mistake again!

Order an item on their webite, only to find out after phoning them, the item is on backorder from the manufacturer. No email, phone call, or notice on the website that the item is on backorder. Here's the catch... they charge your Visa right away, even though they don't have the part in! Three weeks have passed, still no part, not even a date as to when the item is to arrive. Pathetic at best. Would never order from this company again.
Ordered parts for my boat said it was going to be delivered Thursday June 16th just got a notification that is going to be delayed until July 27th f****** ridiculous will never order from a boats.net again worst company in the f****** world
Update... the order was pushed back another 3 weeks. Customer service just says "the manufacturer updates the shipping date".
I ordered handles and a Bimini top for my boat on march 3 2022. It was estimated to be here may 13th. Then I get an email pushing it out to june11th, then another email for June 21st. Now its set for July 11th. That is 21 weeks to ship a part. When I try to talk to customer service, this is the copy and paste reply I get. "Agent
We get the parts direct from the manufacturer. The dates provided are from the manufacturer, and we then pass the information to you".
This is not how a business should be ran. That's $700 they took and don't send out any products. Just push the dates further and further. I will never use this company again.
Best bang for the $. Less than $100 for brand new prop for 1986 Celebrity 210 OMC Cobra. Boat picked up about 5 mph, better holeshot and now runs at correct Wot. Have used Solas props before but Boats.net is by far the best price I have found! Couldn't have had old prop rebuild for their price of a new one!

Ordered a few items trying to get ready for the boating season. Unfortunately, my items were continuously delayed despite being supposedly "in stock" when I purchased them. Customer service has been extremely difficult to even connect with, and totally unable to provide simple information about my orders. I have tried calling and using the online chat. I've been told "Jonathan" would call me back with info... nothing. I've been on the online chat multiple times with "Tyler", who promised me an email response which never came. Chats randomly ended even 30mins into them with no answers - never had this poor an experience with any purchase like this. Really disturbing.
Great site. Easy to navigate. Excellent web design, with exploded parts views that follow the order sheet down the page. This site is all I use for parts for Honda outboard. Love it.

I needed a new prop, spacers, cotter pin and nut for my Yamaha 85 hp outboard. Boats, net had the correct prop and I received it in 2 days. Faster than their estimated shipping time.
