Spent the extra on the 3 day shipping, parts did arrive on time. Purchased water pump kit, fuel filter housing kit and fuel line connector. Parts were great quality. Prices a bit high but I wanted to get another 20yrs out of her, so we'll see. Will buy from again. Diagrams made it much easier to lookup parts and order the correct parts the first time without guessing.

Originally ordered a seal from Partzilla, sent USPS ground with expidited shipping that was lost. Boats.Net sent me one UPS fast so I could get my customerback on the trails

It's my one stop shop. The diagrams make it easy to find parts and the fact that they are OEM are even better. Too many non oem are not stainless and will not hold up to salt water here in FL

Buyer beware- the return policy looks great UNTIL you actually need to return an item. I've ordered many times from this company & never had to return an item before. This time was a very disappointing experience. I ordered a boat part & it came in a small box, inside the box was a black plastic bag that had the part inside. Keep in mind you CANNOT see through the black plastic bag the part is in. So unknowingly I opened the black bag to look at the part. It wasn't the correct part I needed. Since I opened the bag- they will not honor their return policy. Unused part. Cannot return. Change your return policy to inform your customer that IF you open anything it voids the return policy. OR place a sticker on the bag that reads, "if you open, voids return policy". As a long time customer it would be greatly appreciated. ***UPDATE- one day after leaving my review… I received an email in response stating I can return the product. (See attached picture). We will update if the return is processed after returning the item. Previously, before this review and email received in response I had spoke with someone over chat at boats.net AND a person over the phone - which both told me if the package was opened I could not return it for a refund. They were both given my order number to pull my product info as well as we were speaking. I'll update IF we receive an actual refund.

Boats.net had the water pump kit which even includes new bolts, gaskets, race, and impeller and the price with shipping was $67. The parts fit perfectly and my boat is operating fine.

Good prices and quick shipping. They are our new "go to" for boat parts.

This is a great platform to look up parts for just about any motor or drive. They almost always have the items in stock. If you need to call customer service, they are always very friendly and helpful. The only problem is USPS shipping is the worst in the world. We need a dedicated tab on the shipping screen in checkout for either UPS or Fed EX. The extra expense, in most cases, far out ways the extra time wasted waiting on USPS. Please give some thought to making that happen. I will always choose to pay extra for UPS shipping.

Price was good, what i wasnt happy with was 12$ for quick service 2-3 day took 6 days. Not exceptable... went regular mail, not priority... will know better bext time..

The package the remote was in was opened and the remote is a used one. One screw missing other screws have rust and the place where lanyard attaches is broke.
