I own a mobile marine service business. Providing maintenance solutions for customers is a big part of what I do. 90% of the time boats.net meets expectations. However, on more than one occasion I've paid for 2 day shipping and it's taken 4 days to receive the parts. This delay will typically cost me double- reason being, the customer needed the part for a quick repair and if I don't deliver at a certain time I lose the customer and now have a part I have to sit on. Outside of this minor inconvenience, boats.net meets expectations.
