I ordered flower for my ill mother for mothers day, even had delivery the day before due to the busy nature and selected the florists choice hoping to both due to the busy time and to ensure fresh flowers. Flowers were late by 3 days, I had to call to get them delivered and the arrangement itself looked like it was literally thrown together. I am disappointed with the delivery, response, quality, and very low refund they offered. Unacceptable.

Avoid at all costs!
April 21, 2026

Placed an order on 4/15/26 for a funeral on 4/20/26. Scheduled it to be delivered ahead of time on 4/18/26. Called on Friday 4/17/26 as I hadn't heard anything and they confirmed it was on track for Saturday.

Saturday - no update. Called again. Rescheduled for Sunday since it's going to a church.

Nothing on Sunday. Called again, they promise it will be delivered at 8AM Monday morning (day of funeral).

Day of funeral comes. Nothing. Reached out to their support again, was told they didn't have it in stock. They would like to delivery it later in the week once it comes up... It was for a FUNERAL...

0/5 stars. Worst experience ever!

Do NOT buy from them, they will NOT do what they promise!

Beware of this company

This company is a scam. They provide very poor service. They sent dead flowers and refused to give a refund. They do not deliver on time and have very poor communication. I would advise everyone to stay away from this florist. They are just out to scam you out of your money. Please, please, please beware. Here are photos of what I received versus what I ordered.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

This was a horrible experience. They have no customer service but an Ai Chat bot that will not respond to you for 45 minutes and once it did respond it stopped responding and I received no further help. The tracking number does not track your flowers it just says who its being delivered to but does NOT tell you what you ordered nor when it should arrive. They left it at the front door did not even knock and the flowers we received where smashed and empty on one side. I'm guessing this is why they didn't knock at the front door. Do NOT order from these people. I am currently fighting for a refund, but I cannot even get customer service to reply. If they had knocked those flowers would have been rejected for how horrible and smashed, they were.This is apparently what you get for 79.99. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Beware of bait-and-switch

I placed an order on 2/6/26, requested delivery on 2/7/26, not delivered till 2/9/26; they made a most unsatisfactory substitution for a sympathy arrangement with three live plants and several flowers in a basket (cost approx $94) and instead sent what looks like a 6" potted bromeliad, something you can get for $20-40. They took no responsibility for the late delivery, nor for the downgraded product sent, which did not compare in any way to the product ordered. I'd used Blossom in the past, but based on this unacceptable outcome with them ultimately stealing from me, I would never use them again. I caution all buyers to beware of their bait-and-switch of unequal value, and of their extremely poor customer service. You can see from photos what I ordered is not comparable to what they sent.

**Extremely Disappointed - Poor Product and Worse Customer Service**

I ordered the "Sunlight of a New Day" arrangement for $91.00, including same-day delivery. What a mistake.

**What I ordered:** Roses and lilies arrangement
**What I received:** 2 roses, 3 carnations, NO lilies - and it arrived LATE despite paying for same-day shipping

**The worst part? The customer service.**

On December 18th, 2025, I immediately contacted them about this completely unacceptable substitute. They offered a mere $10 refund - which doesn't even cover the same-day delivery fee I paid for service they failed to provide.

It's now been TWO MONTHS and 4+ follow-up emails later. Still no refund. Not even the insulting $10 they promised.

This company took my $91, delivered a product nothing like what I ordered, failed to deliver on time despite charging extra, made empty promises about a refund, and then ghosted me completely.

**Do not waste your money here.** There are plenty of florists who actually deliver what you order and stand behind their word. Lesson learned - I will never order from this company again.

Flowers never delivered

I wanted flowers sent to a friend recovering in the hospital. She never received the flowers, but Blossom stated they were delivered. The company never produced proof of delivery and refused to refund the $108. DON"T use this service

Big mistake
January 21, 2026

I ordered an arrangement for my daughter's 30th birthday - the flowers that were sent looked NOTHING like the picture. I paid $100 for what looked like a dying $10 grocery store arrangement. Attached are pictures of the arrangement I ordered and the arrangement my daughter received. After many emails, I was offered a %15 refund, which I still haven't received.

I ordered $250 funeral flowers and was told they would be delivered. They were not.
The tracking button on the website didn't even work, yet during the actual funeral I was told by customer service that the driver was en route. That was false. The flowers never arrived.
After the funeral, they tried to blame COVID and claimed a refund was issued—even though my card was never charged. A funeral can't be redone, and I couldn't just reorder elsewhere "just in case."
Broken tracking, false delivery updates, excuses after the fact, and zero accountability.
Avoid this company—especially for something as important as a funeral.

Worst experience

First review I've written but felt compelled
I ordered flowers and about 2 hours later get an email telling me the delivery is delayed because they don't have the flowers
This was for a B day
I tried calling them 6x, the phone system either does not connect, or when they answer they cannot hear you or they transfer you back to the AI call agent
When they try and call back they are using a robo dialer and calls come in from businesses for your area code I. E. one call came from a local medical provider
Go somewhere else much easier

Embarrassing, pathetic, cheap, shocking... are just a few words to describe the "Winter Wonderland" floral arrangement that I ordered and had delivered from Blossom Flower Delivery. What was received looked NOTHING like the online photo, but rather like something you would purchase at your local dollar store. To say I'm disappointed, frustrated, and embarrassed are ALL understatements. This was a holiday gesture to thank someone for all their support they provided to me while I underwent cancer treatments. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONLINE FLOWER VENDOR!

If I can put a negative star, I will put it! The flowers were not delivered on time due to supplier issue and then the flowers that they deliver didn't look the same with the flowers that I ordered. My mom received an ugliest and dying flowers! Photo attached. Compare what I ordered vs received!

Horrible Flowers

This is the worst flower delivery service that I have ever used and will never use them again. I wished that I had read the unbiased reviews before ordering from Blossom Flower Delivery. All reviews were negative, and now I know why. They are essentially a scam. I had ordered a Thanksgiving arrangement that included candles. I was at the recipient's house when the flowers finally did arrive very late and after Thanksgiving day. When the flowers were opened, many of them were bruised and had brown petals, and some of the leaves were rotted, and it was not the order that I had placed. What was received was a cheap bouquet of flowers that were an absolute mess. I have requested a total refund. BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM BLOSSOM FLOWER DELIVERY.

I would give ZERO stars if possible. Order was delivered 7 days early and sat in the sun while my mom was away on vacation. I had the delivery set for 9/4 and it came on 8/29. Horrific. Then, they delivered the WRONG arrangement. Customer service team is useless. Offered me 50% even though they are the ones in the wrong. I will NEVER use them or recommend them. BUYER BEWARE!

I cannot say this LOUD enough, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered the DELUXE of an arrangement for anniversary, picture showed at least 1 dozen red roses on their standard, so with the deluxe I would expect more for $150 (inc. Tax/delivery). My wife received FOUR roses! A vase that looked like a pod from Alien, holly(!), and apparently $150 isn't enough to even warrant bow. Looks like it was thrown together with holiday leftovers. Worst part, when customer service was contacted, they offered only 15% refund because of the "costs already incurred", so I'm supposed to incur the costs? They came back with a last and final 20%, didn't realize customer satisfaction was a negotiation?!?! Horrible company

Actually One(1) Star is too much!
MILITATY PEOPLE and anyone that work hard for your money.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
They have very questionable integrity with their services. I recently lost a family member. I live in SAN DIEGO, CA working for the US Navy. So, a family who traveled to Delaware for the funeral and I held a Zoom & we went to this company's website We selected, agreed, and paid for a Blossom Deluxe Wreath with expedited delivery service too. On the day of the funeral, instead of what we ordered/paid for, they delivered two(2) gross house plants without notification to me that they had changed my order.
My family member that was on the ZOOM during the purchase, indicated to the delivery person that a wreath was ordered. The company delivery guy stated two plants were ordered and left(the service was on 8/23/2025-Saturday). Once informed of this matter, I called 6 times the next week after the funeral service and spoke to a Dave and his team (x3). All of them lied & stated the wreath was delivered. I contacted this company on the next available work day (8/25/2025- Monday-Saturday 8/30/2025) and did not get an apology or explanation as to "why" the wreath was not delivered. After several intense conversations, they had the audacity to offer me a return of 20% of my $159 total and stated we should have taken photos of the two plants that they delivered as we grieved. Pissed and disappointed with this company's predatory behavior toward online customers.

If I could give a 0, I would. Ordered flowers for a funeral after calling them twice to ensure they could deliver on time. They assured me on two separate calls that they would be delivered on time. Charged expedited fee. Instrauctions were clear on the invoice they sent. But the flowers never made it to the funeral. I did get charged and an email saying my I could not get a email bc they had "successfully" delivered the flowers 2.5 hours after they said they would and the funeral had finished. Successful delivery would have been delivering them at the time they said they would when they charged me. Funny enough, you can get a hold of a human if you call before they get your credit card info, after they charge you and you ask for a refund bc no one received flowers, they only let you interact with bots. Stay away!
