When ordering I failed to notice that the color of the valance was wrong for our house. I called Blindster and the very professional customer service woman made a prompt refund (minus 10%), and suggested another product that would work better and was on sale. I ordered the new product within minutes of hanging up and they're perfect.

When I received my blinds, they were beautiful! But, I found that I had mixed up the measurements of the length with the height. I contacted Blindster with my problem, figuring I would have to eat the cost of the mismeasured blinds. Blindster covered the cost to replace the 2 sets of blinds that I had made the mistake on and all I had to do was cover the cost of shipping! WOW I would for sure order from them AGAIN! Love the blinds. Look great and easy to install!

I've ordered 12 blinds total and each one has fit exactly! Installation a breeze. There is no need to have anxiety when purchasing from this company online. They are right on target. I purchased the 1" premium wood blinds and they are an excellent choice -- all are outside mount as I have an older home and there was no room for inside mount.
