Although the turnaround time from order to deliver was quick the product itself was a disappointment. Once installed the shade was lopsided.

I was contacted by a customer service specialist after submitting my order who suggested they send color samples. That was very helpful as I wound up changing my order. Great company!

Options, quality, and pricing was excellent. Instructions were easy and I was able to hang 7 sets of blinds in no time. Option to buy 10 year no hassle warranty was dirt cheap and provided piece of mind as this was my first purchase thru the company. Plan to do more business with them in the future.

Blinds are great. So 5 stars for them. Hardware ( mounting screws) cheap Chinese $#*!, stripped out by power driver (all bits, all speeds) need better. Drywall screws work better. Oi! Lousy instructions! But great blinds at a fair price-what can I say? Local advertiser (KFI) did not return phone calls asking for Blindster contact.

I bought Roman shades that open from the top and bottom. The color and fabric are as expected, the cords and functionality are a bit awkward. Purchased for two side by side windows with single header. I won't be changing the positioning often so it won't be a big deal (guest room) but compared to the ease of a regular fabric blind it is more difficult. Took over a month to receive.

The color is perfect thanks to the samples you sent. My son installed them for me. It took him 10 minutes. The size was perfect also! Excellent job to your staff!

Ordered 6 blinds. Did not receive crown molding for one of them. Besides that the blinds are nice.

All six shades arrived well packed and hence were undamaged. All fit perfectly and the two that were butted lined up beautifully.

My original order was missing the handles for the shades. I called Blindster and requested the missing parts. First they sent parts that I did not need and when I called a second time they sent the wrong parts. So, I still do not have the proper handles for the shades I ordered back in November of this year!
