Very happy with my custom blinds. Had an issue with the mechanism in one and Blindster made a new one and sent it out to me. Shipment was delayed by wildfire in TN and Blindster tracked it down and did great follow-up. Excellent customer service.
Painting, removing old curtains, replacing the flooring, just didn't seem like enough. My son suggested blinds that he had purchased from Blindster.com. I was hesitant as I didn't want to invest a ton on window coverings again. Well, I was delighted at the price, lower that the big box stores. Shipped when promised and they looked awesome. One of the valances was a little short and the customer service dept. was awesome! They sent a new one three days later and if was perfection. I even has an installation question and they were terrific too. Now I'm thinking I need blinds for my bedrooms as well!

I was really excited when we ordered and received these shades in the mail. We'be had them up for about a month now and I'm honestly sad to say that I'm a little disappointed in how they draw up. We bought two for two extra wide windows in our bedroom and when I go to open them it's almost like they won't make it all the way up... as though it's too heavy. I have to push it up very slowly and sort of fold it in. I wonder how long it will be before they aren't strong enough to open up all the way :/. I am also disappointed in how it lays when only half open - they're crooked. And I had them installed by a contractor who I trust as is very meticulous. Other than that they're very pretty and I love the way they look. It's the mechanics of them that I'm sorry to say I'm disappointed with.
Ordering was very simple and the step by step instructions made it all the more so. Installation was much easier than I had thought. The finished product looks fabulous and I was surprised at how affordable it turned out to be. I would recommend Blindster with no reservation!
I am a returning customer and will continue to get all my window blinds needs from this company!

Easy to order, easy to install, order time was fast, and the product looks great.
Blinds sloped from one side to the other even though the top was leveled. I made some adjustments and hid it with the valance.
Thanks Blindster - I had accidentally broke the blinds in our master bedroom and needed a replacement. I couldn't find the style we were looking for in stores, nor the correct size. I had heard of Blindster on the radio and after checking out their site, following some quick instructions I was set. The blinds were easy to install and fit perfectly.
I would definitely recommend Blindster to someone looking to upgrade their existing blinds from the flimsy big box store blinds - these are substantial and look great!

Very good, I am pleased with the product, BUT, the install instructions could be a little better! I do a lot of fabrication in my work and I still had to redrill the first mounting holes because after mounting the first bracket, I realized I could not open the bracket wide enough to get the blind in it. This was a mounting inside the window frame. Otherwise very pleased.
I followed the measuring guidelines; easy to do. I wanted inside mounts. My Windows are not deeply recessed, so I needed mitered valances with end caps. Called an received correct valences. Customer service so wonderful and helpful. The blinds look great! Clean and very tidy.
Blinds came well packaged, exactly what we thought we were getting. Compared to other 1%solar shades on the market, the blindster pricing was by far the best. That usually is of concern that the product isn't as good, but it was great. Install was easy!
We were very impressed with the quality of the blinds we ordered and how quickly our order arrived. We had a small issue with one of the blinds and the customer service team talked us through it quickly. Great company! We would order from them again.

I shopped quite a while for blinds and was pleasantly surprised when I ran across Blindster while searching the web. They're nice blinds, the prices were pretty good, they were shipped really quick and when I had a little problem, they fixed it right away. They were also really easy to install.
I got the bamboo blinds without a liner so it's nice that I can still see out a little when they are down so we don't feel "closed in" but they still give us the privacy we need. They definitely don't totally block the morning sun coming in but it's enough for us because we like the option of being able to see out.

I'm sorry you are having problems with your cell shades!
I will contact you to get this resolved. It sounds like you need to reset the "motors" (pulley system) in the headrail. This is very easy and works most of the time. If the reset doesn't work we will remake the shades that are giving you problems.
