Pleasant interaction & good news of satisfaction warranty, but I don't think that I will need to have them remake. We may just remove some of the molding at the top of the window. Talking to the contractor.
Customer Service is excellent! Even though the manufacturers sent the wrong blinds, customer service rectified it immediately and ordered the correct blinds to be sent. I did not have to return the wrong blinds either, which would have been a nuisance. The company stands by their products.
This was my first time ordering from Blindster and certainly won't be the last. After shopping all of the online blind sites I decided on Blindster. I ordered the 2" faux wood blinds. The value for the money spent is just unbelievable. The blinds arrived in a few days in perfect condition. The installation instructions were very easy to follow. I am extremely pleased with both the shopping experience and the quality of the blinds. I would recommend Blindster to family and friends.
These blinds work fine but they are a bit hard to get to stay up. Occasionally they catch lop sided; only one side catches while the other side droops slightly.
From what I can tell there needs to be more of a guide for the ropes so they stay over the catch rollers.
We ordered 8 of the Super Value blinds in a variety of sizes. Product was delivered on time. Installation was reasonably easy. The first one took about 45 minutes. The rest took about 20 minutes each. I did call about installing the valance - that step is quite tricky! The very helpful lady agreed that it is difficult, and suggested that the Deluxe models are much easier.
I knew what I was buying, but I do wish the "tilt" mechanism was operated by a twist rod. It is not. It uses cords. As I said, I knew this before I bought so this is not a criticism - more of a suggestion.
Overall, I was quite satisfied and would recommend the company to others.

These were to replace the old roller type pull down blinds... they came quickly and fit perfectly.
Very good experience we order 2 blinds for our livingroom the color was just as described lenght and width were correct the only thing that could be better is the tension it is still a little loose other then that very good

This was my first time buying custom blinds over the internet and by luck I found Blindster.com. I found exactly what I wanted, measured and ordered; within a week I had my blind and it was perfect in every way but one. That flaw was the screws that were provided were not sharp or strong enough to penetrate our Doug fir studs, so I had to use what I had on hand.
As a first time user, I wanted to use a small order to judge. Everything was very easy to order online and the quality of the product was very high. I will use again.
I have never been as impressed with an online process as I was with this one. I have used them again and recommended them to friends and family.

I had a unique support design for the vertical blinds I wanted so it took lots of back and forth conversations with the Blindster people(specifically James and Tammy) before we were confident everything would fit... AND IT DID! They even sent me sample brackets so I could actually see them and get the dimensions, etc. Advice to all, take the time to explain everything to them up front and for sure send pictures on the window. They go way beyond what you normally get for service nowadays.
You don't have to overpay for window treatment... great product, great people to work with...
Wound up doing the whole house
I measured incorrectly the first time. Too big. Called and they told me to donate to a charity and when I reordered I would be given a credit. Just put up new shade which was even a different color and am ordering 5 more. Only thing I didn't like is the headers are darker than the shade so when I reordered I ordered white headers. For the off white shades.
Easy ordering with a great variety of styles and colors. Our blinds look great!
