Very satisfied with our order, customer service excellent, they contacted us to make sure measurements were accurate, order was packaged very securely, and prompt delivery of product. Love my shutters, and very easy to install!
I ordered three shades. The first problem I've encountered is mismatch of rod length to the window size. One was too short (had to add washers to make up), the other was too long (always a good idea to have a Dremel handy).
The other problem is the CORDLESS SPRING ROLLER - it does not work. The spring is too weak to lift the shade.

Convenient, good product, decent price but the ridiculously expensive shipping basically 86'ed any savings.

The cordless shades I ordered where exactly what I want good product.
Ordering was super simple. The blinds came in the time they promised. They fit perfectly and look so much nicer than our old mini-blinds.

We received 3 packages total. 2 were blinds wrapped in qty of 4 and one in qty of 5, these were wrapped tightly in a bundle of individual boxes and they came in overall in pretty good shape. The blinds inside these packages were all OK. The third package was a box about the size of what a dishwasher machine would fit into. And there were three blinds in there, 2 were still somewhat in the original packaging, the third was loose and all over the box. Amazingly it was only slightly damaged in the head track, and the valance had a scuff mark. They have said both will be replaced and we are waiting to get the new one in. So overall it worked out great, the blinds are good quality and operate nicely.
Ordered 2" blinds for odd size Windows and they fit and look wonderful. Then ordered micro blinds for doors and again fit and look wonderful. Couldn't be happier. Thank you Blindster.

I measured like they said to do and the blinds fit like a charm. The only drawback in ordering online is that you always wonder if the color or texture is what you want since you can't see it in person. The color I picked wasn't exactly what I wanted, but it was close enough and the blinds look great. I'm happy with the purchase.
Product was of very good quality. Very happy. We plan to buy more later on.
