Great and fast service with great explanations and directions for measurement
The blinds are good quality for the price, I am satisfied. I only wish I had more color selections. Also make sure you underestimate the wdth about. 5 in because he hardware takes up a little space. I had to really shoe-horn one of mine in.
Installation hardware was not practical. Screws should be flush, but protruded to make tight fit difficult. No hole pre-drilled in base of pull down shade. Plastic securing pin broke on first attachment. One side of blind stringer was untied, had to retread through entire blind manually and re-tie. I expected better.
The instructions were easy and the installation went well. The faux wood blinds look beautiful in my Craftsman home.
These blinds are the best value I've found in blinds anywhere.

Everything went exactly as I had hoped. Everything fit great, was easy to install and color representations on the website were accurate enough to choose colors based on the photos online. The only way it could have gone better is if they shipped an elf in the box to mount them for me.
The company is really great! The blinds quality wise were every bit as good as the 3 day blinds we purchased. Much better pricing and quality than smith and noble. My second order of pleated shades got delayed but when I called they found out why and they arrived earlier than the given date. All in all very pleased.
