Blinds took a long time to show up and then showed up damaged. There was ZERO packaging/padding just a big cardboard box. Blinds were no name cheap crap to boot. Back to blinds dot com!
I needed blinds for my office to replace some old nasty ones. I measured the windows. Jumped on the site and ordered the windows. When they came they were a perfect fit.
I didn't have to stop what I was doing and go to a big box store. It was as advertised.
You never know what to expect when you are somewhat blindly trusting an online window covering store. Will this measuring thing actually work or will I get a blind that just doesn't fit? The process was easy and when the blind was received, it fit the very first time and looks great. This has been on my "honey do list" for a long time. I surprised my wife and I look like a hero. Blindster has been great to work with and the guarantee that it will fit the first time gave me the confidence to go ahead with them. Highly recommended!
I recieved my missing end cap on a bottom rail, when first delivered.
I was promptly sent a replacement. I put it in place, it falls off when i raise or lower the blind. A little crazy glue should solve the problem. Just a little fitting adjustment i guess.

We ordered our blinds on *******/3016 and received them on 5/5/16. I call that great service. We ordered 10 blinds, all different sizes for our 5th wheel recreational vehicle and they were exactly as ordered and looked wonderful. Such a huge difference and with the special of 35% off, a real bargain. We are very happy with this company and would refer them to others.
We love the blinds but was short on clear open/shut rod for one of the bilnds. I would also like to know if I can order just the valance (1) 97" long.
Please let me know if this is possible.

We have placed several separate orders w/ Bindster as we slowly replace all the blinds in our home. All orders arrived as requested. At one point we ordered the wrong color and Blindster was very helpful in helping us swap them out for the different color. I would recommend this company and will continue to do business with them.
When we ordered the blinds we fully expected it to take four to six weeks to get them. However, we received them within two weeks. Boy, were we surprised?
We were not disappointed in the quality of the product nor in their arrival time.
Right now we have no need for anymore blinds, but when we do... we'll definitely reorder from them. We also plan to tell our friends and family about Blinster.
Just so you know... we heard about them from the Rush Limbaugh show.
I love my blinds! I ordered several different sizes. One was an inch too long, and they shipped me a new one right out without any trouble.
The blinds did not go up and down the minute they were hung. Super cheap, super disappointing. Will need to buy a new set from a higher quality company.

Got confused and gave inside mount measurements for an outside fit. They fixed it right away. One item on re-make was damaged in shipping and they got that one fixed right away. Very pleased with quality and fabirc.
Despite a less-than-satisfactory first-time experience with Blindster, I returned for a second project. This time, the shades were sewn perfectly and the fabric and lining were spectacular! Installation on Blindster's Roman shades couldn't be easier! However, Blindster loses a star on size -- all three shades I've ordered were slightly too narrow (off by 1/8 - 1/4") for the window, despite accurate measurements. The issue is that light slips through the edges, which exaggerates the issue.
The blinds came very quickly, in great condition, as described and the perfect size. Would definitely do business with them again.
Ordered two sets of blinds and I did not receive the wands the blinds are fabulous but it hard to adjust them was that an over site or did I mess up while ording them
