Ordered 2 to make sure they would be ok. Was thrilled, so ordered 14 more. They were great! Thought didn't need for couple of windows in an unused room... but after looking at the windows from the outside, and considering the nominal price, order two more for these. Everything ordered received ok. Installation went well. About a week or so later one of the lifting strings came loose. It took us some time to get this figured out and get the blind working properly. This was on the double unit which made it more difficult. We think you should use a better way to secure these ends.

Replaced quickly and with very good follow up
Ordering and installation were very straight forward and quick. We found that lowering our cordless, top down bottom up blinds takes a little more effort than expected. Also, they hang a little crocked, maybe about a half inch across a 3 foot width. Otherwise, I would have rated our experience Excellent!
The order was filled promptly. Installation was easy. We love the solar shade's ability to block the sun's rays while allowing us to see out. My only quibble is that the metal chain does not pull smoothly. It seems to slip (the plastic stopper ball on the chain now prevents the shade from pulling all the way to the top).
My office bought this sunshade because I was getting beat down with the sun everyday and I would go blind. It was the best purchase ever. I love how it blocks the sun but I can still see what's going on outside. Another plus is that when you are outside you can't see in.
I loved the ease of selection and ordering. I measured, ordered, and presto... my blinds arrived. I only wish I'd ordered darkening cells as I need them I'm my master bedroom. I love the double cell, no cords as the ease up and easy down configuration makes for a clean line. I suggest darkening if you want to keep the room darker. I work odd hours so I still need to darken my room. Bad on me. The prices are very good and I searched several other sites but this was the best in selection and pricing!
