I purchased the top down/bottom up light filtering blinds. I LOVE them! Wish I would have bought them sooner! They allow light in, but keep my privacy! Very easy to install! I will definitely be buying more for my other rooms!

The blinds I received were great. They are relatively easy to install. The only thing I don't like are the plastic handles you attach to the bottom as pulls. They are large clear plastic tabs that stick out horizontally towards the front. The problem with that is they are unbalanced so you can't really pull it down or push up with them because they tip forward/back and it is almost impossible to keep the blinds even with the way they are situated. As such, we generally just use our hands to pull it down or push it up because of the ineffectiveness of the pulls. They look ugly too.

We ordered 7 shades, and while they are packaged very well and survived without damage, 3 of the 7 boxes were busted out on one end with the shades sticking out when it was delivered by FedEx. It has been my experience that packages I've received that were shipped via FedEx were by far the most damaged packages and products.

I'm pleased with the pleated shades, they look very nice. I wish the email would keep information up to date, when I called they were very helpful. I did repeat order as they are nice blinds.

The replaced blind matched all the others in the room exactly. A relief. But I would not have expected delamination in 5 years!
Putting new one in was simple.

Needed a custom blind for a non-standard kitchen window. The blind was cut to order so processing time takes a bit. Came packaged securely with hardware and instructions. Way too expensive for my taste if not for the 50% off.

Very professional company. The samples were true to the colors on the website. Easy to install.
Not fond of the metal ball cord, very noisy. But overall, for ordering on line, the experience was stress free and the product first rate.

I just had a warranty replacement for some blinds that faulted. It was such a simple process dealing with customer service. A couple of photos and the replacement orders were made. Thanks for the help. I've used Blindsgalore so many times over the years, there is no treason to change.

Ordered in July could not get updates easily. Beginning of September tried to get a delivery date. I think my order had been forgotten at the plant but by mid September, I received someone else's order. Finally got in touch with Jonathan, who followed up and contacted me almost daily via email to make sure my order was delivered, which it was, by around the 23rd of September. This order was quite pricey and should not have taken as long as it did, but fortunately the customer service was great and all was taken care of.

Needed to order two new shades to match a replacement on the third window. Pull cord was no longer available nor was the fabric color.

Recently bought a new house and needed blinds for all windows. Been ordering from Blindsgalore for years. Never had a bad experience. I use the Blindsgalore in house wood blinds. Fit and finish always exceed expectations. Easy installation.

The call/chat feature was not as helpful as in the past. I was replacing a 10 year old blind with remote. I understand that products change in 10 years but the person I was talking to did not seem to have the information to simply answers- what is the closest product to what I am replacing? I have matched other blinds in the same type of circumstance and the phone call was answered by a very knowledgeable/helpful person. In the end, I simply did it on the website and am very satisfied.

I have ordered numerous times from Blindsgalore and have always been pleased with the products. Easy to measure and order and blinds alway fit. Easy to install and last a long time.

I don't like giving reviews before I've had enough time to know how satisfied I am with a purchase. And in this case, that won't be for some time to come. BTW, you've made it onto my span filter with these annoying tactics.
