The blinds I received are even better than the good ones I had to replace. The former had strings that eventually broke; the new ones have cords that are stronger and easier to use.

We received our blinds as promised in good condition albeit without valances and the vanes were approximately 1/2" too long and dragging on the window sills. We contacted the Blindsgalore representative to report these issues. We received a replacement order and much to our dismay the vanes are approximately 2" longer than the originals and still no valances. The measurements have not changed. The headers fit beautifully but the length of the vanes and no valances are the issue.
It took awhile to get one blind which I needed rather quickly. No directions were in box but my daughter in law put it up for me. The only problem is I can't get it to roll up all the way? Not sure why it stops about 1.5 fr. From top of window? But the blind is nice.
I purchased the top down/bottom up light filtering blinds. I LOVE them! Wish I would have bought them sooner! They allow light in, but keep my privacy! Very easy to install! I will definitely be buying more for my other rooms!

The blinds I received were great. They are relatively easy to install. The only thing I don't like are the plastic handles you attach to the bottom as pulls. They are large clear plastic tabs that stick out horizontally towards the front. The problem with that is they are unbalanced so you can't really pull it down or push up with them because they tip forward/back and it is almost impossible to keep the blinds even with the way they are situated. As such, we generally just use our hands to pull it down or push it up because of the ineffectiveness of the pulls. They look ugly too.
We ordered 7 shades, and while they are packaged very well and survived without damage, 3 of the 7 boxes were busted out on one end with the shades sticking out when it was delivered by FedEx. It has been my experience that packages I've received that were shipped via FedEx were by far the most damaged packages and products.
I'm pleased with the pleated shades, they look very nice. I wish the email would keep information up to date, when I called they were very helpful. I did repeat order as they are nice blinds.

Needed a custom blind for a non-standard kitchen window. The blind was cut to order so processing time takes a bit. Came packaged securely with hardware and instructions. Way too expensive for my taste if not for the 50% off.

Ordered in July could not get updates easily. Beginning of September tried to get a delivery date. I think my order had been forgotten at the plant but by mid September, I received someone else's order. Finally got in touch with Jonathan, who followed up and contacted me almost daily via email to make sure my order was delivered, which it was, by around the 23rd of September. This order was quite pricey and should not have taken as long as it did, but fortunately the customer service was great and all was taken care of.
