The blinds we received didn't seem to be as wide as we ordered but they look good and the blinds are inside the window now. I feel the Bali blinds were a bit pricy but they look good.

The first motorized skylight blind we received was faulty and would not pair with the remote. After calling the support line (they verified that it was broken after we told them all the steps we did for pairing) we were shipped a replacement. The replacement paired immediately and worked great!

We ordered 2 sets of mini blinds and when we received the original order, one blind was not the correct size even though the box said it was what we ordered. We communicated via email with Blindsgalore per our communication sent the picture of the incorrect sized blind and it was replaced promptly with the correct size. Thank you for giving us a speedy response!

The ordering, measuring, delivery and installation were all super easy. I was a little worried because I had never ordered custom blinds before but their website made it really easy for a beginner. We love how well they work above our kitchen sink and they filter the perfect amount of light. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I have ordered several times from blinds galore, as i have moved a lot over the years and have always been pleased with the products and their fantastic service.

I ordered these blinds because they were the only ones I could find online with a long enough length. I wish they could be installed from the sides at the top, but thanks to the way we redid our eyelash window tops, this worked. It was just more difficult to install than the others. It would have been so nice had more narrow blinds also been available so I could match all my blinds perfectly. Overall, it worked and looks good. I'm happy to have gotten rid of 33 year's worth of dust.

I ordered 16 cellular shades from your company. One was made too short. I contacted customer service and they replaced it immediately.All of our new shades are working great.

We are very happy with our new wooden blinds. After following the measuring instructions we placed the order and the blinds arrived safely. We hired someone to install them and they fit perfectly.

The blinds were poor quality. The blinds are thin and I am nervous when pulling the blind down, they will not last long. The two generic blinds I bought at the local store were stronger in quality. Was happy with Blindsgalore web site when ordering and the blinds were exact to measurements.

The blinds I received are even better than the good ones I had to replace. The former had strings that eventually broke; the new ones have cords that are stronger and easier to use.

Easy user interface to order the blinds. Shipping was faster than expected, and the quality of the blinds is top notch. The mounting brackets are definitely easier to install and use than others I've tried, even from the big brands like Bali. Will use this company again.
