Blinds are a very good quality and pricing is great. Quick delibery also. Easy to install except for valance. This needs to improve. Took longer to put one valance on than installing 4 windows. Ended up not putting valances on at all. Clips are terible.

I ordered blinds for a new house. The website made it very easy to know how to measure correctly and to submit my order. The blinds were packaged securely and well so well organized. Each blind had a sticker on it with the measurements and the name of the location where that blind would go, such as " living room". The blinds are good quality and easy to install. Also, great price!

The blinds fit perfectly and arrived in an timely manner. I've installed several different types of window blinds and these were just as easy or even easier than most. I did have one issue with them that was quickly resolved by Blindsgalore. I will more than likely purchase more from them.

My expectations have been beyond met with what I got for what I paid. Every time I look up at my windows I'm so happy on how the end result came out aesthetically and functionally.

It took a very long time to receive the order first of all. Now that the blinds are hung, they are very thin- much thinner than my single cells of the past.
When I put the blinds up they go crooked from side to side and never end up straight. I have to look from a distance every day and go back to correct the bottoms so they are even. They are very flimsy-- I am wondering how long they will actually last and whether they will actually insulate in winter like my old single cellulars did.
IF it wasn't so much of a hassle, I'd send them back

My wife and I are extremely happy with the vertical blinds. We have ordered blinds from Blindsgalore for 3 different rooms over the last 2 years. All the blinds were a perfect fit.

This was my second order for blind replacement in my RV. The process to obtain correct blinds and size was easy. The installation was surprisingly easy, was able to use the holes that came in the OEM installation.

The initial shipment had the dimensions reversed. Subsequently, I made a phone call and the follow-up order came with the correct dimensions. Thank you!

We are extremely happy with all the blinds we ordered. The ones we ordered last year did not come with the plastic handles, but the ones we ordered this year did. When I reached out asking if we could purchase them for our other blinds, Tony from customer care had them sent to us at no charge. He was extremely helpful and we are very appreciative.

The blinds we received didn't seem to be as wide as we ordered but they look good and the blinds are inside the window now. I feel the Bali blinds were a bit pricy but they look good.

The first motorized skylight blind we received was faulty and would not pair with the remote. After calling the support line (they verified that it was broken after we told them all the steps we did for pairing) we were shipped a replacement. The replacement paired immediately and worked great!

We ordered 2 sets of mini blinds and when we received the original order, one blind was not the correct size even though the box said it was what we ordered. We communicated via email with Blindsgalore per our communication sent the picture of the incorrect sized blind and it was replaced promptly with the correct size. The ordering, measuring, delivery and installation were all super easy. I was a little worried because I had never ordered custom blinds before but their website made it really easy for a beginner. We love how well they work above our kitchen sink and they filter the perfect amount of light. Would highly recommend to anyone!
