I got the blind up and the chain would not move the curtain. I contacted your company and was told to show how it was not working and it would be replaced.
I then took the blind down again and opened the chain compartment and saw that the chain was not on the rotating ring to move it up and down. I got it on and put it back up and it is working fine.The quality control before a blind is sent out is not good at all. I have dealt with your company for many years and never had a problem like this! I saved you a lot of money to not sending out another curtain because it is a big one
Unfortunately we ran into an issue with the mechanism to raise/lower all 3 blinds we ordered. Customer service was helpful and got us replacements shipped quicker than we got the originals. I haven't installed them yet to confirm they resolved the issue originally reported with blinds, so hopefully that's better now.
They arrived and were perfect. My husband had east time installing and they look lovely in our guest bedroom. More rooms to go but this was a nice beginning as now I have completed my other rooms and they all look great. Now, I concentrate on first floor. I like dealing with this company, they are responsive, fair pricing and helpful with good quality.

I needed a custom sized blind for a large but short window. Blindsgalore was the only store I found that had multiple options to choose from while allowing me to customize. Would purchase from them again.
I have not opened the packages yet but if the tracking numbers were correct, I collected everything when they arrived. I am waiting to install in April so I hope that is okay. I will be in touch once I begin installing. The blinds I ordered are for a summer home which I can't access until that time. Thank you for being amazing during the process of ordering
We've been happy with every set of blinds we've ordered from Blindsgalore and this is our ninth set of blinds (different home). We've ordered all types of blinds in a wide variety of sizes and have always been happy with the product including the quality and shipping.
Installing the blind on the wall above the window was almost impossible as the mounting bracket did not allow sufficent room to clear the window trim.

I had a hard time to communicate with your personnel, when I orderd and after I received the products. Especially I was not able to receive proper assistance when I assemble. No reply or late reply so I had to hire local handyman to assemble. Also, Your staff told me that I might get a refund the difference because my actual size was smaller than the size I ordered through internet. But I did not hear anything afterward.

We bought three more blinds this time; one was a Roman style for our back bedroom door. We will want to buy a higher quality one next time, but overall, with our five in total, we're quite happy with them and will continue to purchase with Blinds Galore!
I purchased this blind for my bathroom. The first one received was heavily damaged, called customer service, they took care of getting me a replacement and was easy to work with. Received the second one in a timely manner and looks great. Highly recommend. Thank you.
When my order arrived I was able to install it very easily. However after doing so I realized that the wand attachment at the blind was damaged. I emailed Customer Service and they quickly sent me a replacement part. I did not have to return the blind but, rather, could leave it installed until the new piece arrived. I understand things happen - and what sets Blindsgalore apart is that they understand it too!
I was replacing light filtering shades with blackout but the mounting hardware is different. The blackout mounting brackets barely have enough offset and when you put the end cap covers on the top of the shade it is almost impossible to mount
Our experience with Blindsgalore was good and recommended. We had to reorder 2 of the 10 blinds, b/c they were not cut to correctly. Customer service responded immediately and the correct blinds were received within two weeks. We donated the blinds as requested to GoodWill Restore.

Started good since this was a remake to replace a defective replacement. Unfortunately the tilt wand is in the wrong location.
Used Blinds Galore for a very long time. Had old shades that needed matching and reached out to chat. Support sent what they thought would be a color /shade appropriate replacement for some aged shades previously purchased. Found match and ordered based on the samples.
