Blindsgalore sent free samples that made picking the right blinds easy. Instructions on measuring were perfect, and the online ordering process was easy as well. The blinds were shipped quickly and arrived as estimated. Installation went very well and the blinds look just like we hoped.

Website is easy to use. No calculating, just punch in your actual measurements. I did have a question regarding warranty (before purchase). I called in to customers service to ask my question. They were very friendly and helpful. Blinds arrived very quickly. Blinds fit perfect and looked great!

Plantation shutters

I ordered the face mounted planation shutters for a property in the Cayman Islands. Before my order was processed for production the team at Blindsgalore called me to confirm that all measurements were correct and that I had made the various additional allowances. Everything arrived perfectly packages and fit to a tee. The shutters have completely transformed my living room. I will definitely purchase from Blindsgalore again.

The website was easy, the blinds arrived on a timely basis & no issues in hanging them. Unfortunately the blinds themselves are extremely cheap. They're so light you have to hold both ends to make them even, they're noisy pulling them up & down & the handles are worthless. If you have a room where they're never adjusted these will work, if not don't waste your money.

Wrong size twice

Submitted measurements for inside mt. Cordless. Too big, had to change to continuous cord. BG did not deduct from width to allow for cord mount. Called, explained, sent pics. Received shade, remade. It's even wider than the first one. Gets caught on cord mount. Go figure.
Trying again. Hope 3rd time's the charm.

Chipped bottom, but…..

Overall, good. I ordered 3 blinds, same size. One of the bottom plastic panels had a chip out of the end that my husband didn't notice until he'd installed the blind. Unfortunately, just as he was starting to take the blind down so I could return it, he stuck his finger through the shadeđŸ™„. I figured that wouldn't look good on a return, so I opted to just keep the blind. Other than how delicate the shades are, I am pleased with the look and function of the blinds.

I finally needed to replace a set of natural blinds that I'd had for several years. I decided to try these because they fit my needs. Incredibly happy with the quality and ease of use. They also have hidden cords, which are great because I have a number of cats and they don't have cords to play with and break, which was an issue for my previouad blinds.

These roman shades were exactly what I was looking for. It was easy to measure the windows for size and the install was pretty easy too. They are great quality for the price. The same shades were over double the cost at other stores.

I did not receive the right size material I initially ordered several weeks later they sent the correct order however I did receive the valance. I still have a different color valance. It would be nice to get the Elegance Ivory 6657 would be highly appreciated.
