Really struggled attaching the rollers to the little posts in the top of the shade. They should be attached at the factory. No video. Took multiple tries, did some damage to the shade.

Easy to order, but delivery took a long time. Also, would be nice if your delivery allowed you to modify info with the shipper. Like being able to specify "leave on back porch" or if you see that the delivery is scheduled for a date that you are away, to say "deliver after Saturday". Stuff like that. On both my orders, the shipper delivered on dates when I was on vacation and the package just had to sit on the porch.
When we received our initial order and hung the blinds, it turned out that they did not go up and down after reading a purchase order they re-ordered our blinds again and this time they came as expected and they look lovely

The blinds I ordered for four of my windows fit perfectly. They were the exact size I requested and were shipped to me in a timely manner. I would order through Blindsgalore again.

Instructions need work. Not enough diagrams. Requires technical writing. Small details should be point out such as which way should the cord be on? Left or right? Which way should it roll?
