Our cell shades were exactly as ordered, came with great instructions & we are very pleased with them

Site had easy to follow measuring directions and simple blind material selection which made everything easy. They also sent me all the color swatches I asked for - and quickly.

We needed a blind for the patio that blocked a reflection of a sunlit outside area on our TV. This roller blind worked out great and with custom sizing, we we able to get the height we needed.

Very pleased with my binds but waited longer than expected for them to be delivered.
The quality of the natural wood blinds are great and easy to install …but when measuring for them give yourself some wiggle room. My blinds fit very tight, even with extra wiggle room, almost too tight …. But they are up and I'll use them!

Site is easy to find and create what you need. The blinds came quickly and were easy to install. They work great and the elimination of cords is a big plus.

I ordered 3 solar shades for my porch with 10% openess. The porch faces west, so the sun still shined through with too much light and heat. I called and Blindsgalore and let me order 3 replacements shades with 1% openess for no cost difference. The replacement shades work good on my porch now.

The blind is well made and works well. The dimensions were accurate. The printed instructions are awful. You need to hire a technical writer who will work with one of your engineers to write proper instructions.

They staff was very prompt when the blinds were delivered damaged. Received new set quickly and without any hassle.

I would like to thank Beth for handling my customer service request. I broke the chain tensioner as I was installing my shades. Beth responded to my email quickly, contacted the manufacturer, and notified me that a new one was on the way! Excellent Service!

Staff followed up with me on a re-order, and kept me updated on delivery.

I was worried about the installation of the blinds when they arrived. The written directions were very good, and once we got started, it was really easy. The blinds look great and proud we installed them ourselves.

Challenging to install than window blinds. Printed installation instructions are for an old product and only marginally apply. Hint: use the online information.

We ordered custom blinds for our new travel trailer, which came with cheap noisy metal blinds. The new blinds from Blindsgalore fit perfectly and look so elegant! They are quiet too- they don't rattle if you accidentally knock into them. We were able to find the perfect color also. Blindsgalore offers a quality product I feel the price I paid was very fair. Communication with the seller was excellent. I would buy from this company again and I highly recommend them.
