We were satisfied with our purchase from start to finish. The blinds were great.
For some reason, they were a little large for the window, but we made them work. It would be nice if there was pure white in this particular shade. The Glacier color is a little gray but, he whitest available. Shipping was on time.

The products are great, but the ordering site is a bit difficult if changing information. Ended up with different shades than I thought but very happy with them. I should have been more diligent when I finalized the order.

Made the measurements as defined on the Blindsgalore website, ordered the shutters for the study, received them on schedule, had a delay on my side for room painting ahead of the installation, but then proceeded with the installation of the shutters without issue. Instructions are easy to follow and requirements for installation are pretty simple. Good looking shutters. I'll be following up for more as we hit other rooms in the house.

I was sent an inside mount which apparently I asked for. This is not a standard mount, so if that's the default, that is not a good one. I may have chosen it because they asked if I wanted an inside or outside mount. I figured they meant indoors, I suppose.
Anyway, they agreed to send me a new mount free of charge but I was having a cookout on Memorial Day weekend and wanted them in before then. I was told I would receive it on Friday and did not get it until the next Tuesday.
We offer inside and outside mounts, and have sales and design specialists to answer any questions... but we do process orders as they are entered by our clients. As you noted, we support our clients before and after the purchase and were happy to send additional hardware at no cost.
Being able to order multiple free samples and having direct access to a BG consultant to guide us with accurate measuring were both helpful and appreciated.
