The website is easy to shop on. The quality of the blinds is not great, but they are the least expensive around. So, I just order a new pair when the old one break, about every 3-4 years. This time I signed up for the 5-year warranty, hopefully the blinds will either last at least 5 years or I'll get a new pair if the blinds break before 5 years. They are easy to install.

The site was easy to navigate and measuring instructions clear and simple. The order arrived quoickly with excellent updates along the way. The completed order was perfect, installation a breeze.Will definitely buy more and have already referred the business to others.

Honestly, I was nervous after I placed my order, because I saw some negative reviews. I was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived on the estimated date of delivery. The blinds all fit properly, look fantastic and the price was better than all other companies. I feel confident recommending blindsgalore, for your blinds needs.

If I could give 1,000 stars for this company I would. I'll start off with the quality of the bamboo shades I ordered: high quality and absolutely beautiful, easy to get installed and work perfectly. Customer service: hands down the best customer service I've experienced thus far in our home renovations and I'm happy to work with them in the future!

Smaller blinds installed with out a problem. Larger shade had broken pins and replacement parts arrived a bit longer than expected. That said, blinds are a fine addition to the room.

One of my shades was delivered broken. When I opened the box and installed the shade the spring in the shade did not work properly. I tried to reset the srpinf myself, but I could not get it to work. I called blindsgalore and told them about my problem. The person on the phone tried to toubleshoot the issue with me. I then recorded a short video and sent the video to costumer service. I was then sent a confirmation email stating that blindsgalore would send me a new shade. The process was easy and I am happy that my new shade was working properly.

These shades replaced that I had for a while but stopped working. The process was easy and shades arrived quickly. I did have to use customer chat service as I could find the blinds that I wanted in my own (not sure why). Customer rep was very helpful and found what I needed immediately.

Custom Blinds were prepared in a reasonable amount of time. The measuring guidance was spot on. Blinds fit like a glove. Also super easy to install. Very nicely engineered. And work fantastic. Quality is also very good for the price. Very Happy!

Overall a very good store. Great selection, great prices and good site. I just wished that the instructions on how to measure were better. I carefully rounded down to the nearest 1/8th inch and as a result had to shim my roller shades.

I ordered 5 solar shades for large living room windows. Openness #3, white. I like the simplicity and the clean look. It's easy to install. One of the solar shade came with the wrong hardware, the customer service took care of it and replaced the hardware quickly.

The product was great, fast shipping, great packaging, and absolutely beautiful workmanship, everybody that comes into the room comments on the curtains, will definitely recommend and buy again.

We like how it looks and works. The instructions could have been more complete with the mounting brackets sent with our shade.
