The ordering process went well and the blinds were delivered on the date promised.

We requested samples three times, but received none. We finally ordered 1" vinyl blinds, hoping the color would be okay. We got an email saying they were shipped within 3 days of the order, including a FedEx number. For 5 days, FedEx showed that the label had been created, but they had not received the packages. They finally said that they were at a terminal out west, and would get to us on the east coast in several days. They did arrive on FedEx's target, once they acknowledged that they had them. The blinds are nice now that they are hung. It was very difficult to get the head of the blinds snapped into the supplied clips. I had to bend them to allow enough space to get the inside top flange of the head hooked, and then use a screwdriver to get the bottom outside seated in place.

I reordered blinds, extra 1" in length and the blinds I received are exact length as previous ones (I used the same brackets). The width is perfect but not happy with the length.

Updating my childhood home which hasn't seen any love in some years. The vinyl vertical blinds had to go! A friend told me about Blindsgalore. The products were beautiful so we measured and ordered. Great communication through out the ptacess.
Blinds arrived and were stunning. Installation was easy. One of the blinds wouldn't raise. Contacted customer service, sent a video of 4 working and one not and had a replacement blind in under 2 weeks.
I will be putting shades in the kitchen this spring and will definitely use Blindsgalore

This is my 4th home in the last 22 years that I will be putting shades in from Blindsgalore! Every item has always arrived in perfect condition and just as ordered. I can't tell you about customer service because I have never had to contact them!

Vertical blinds are great! I do need to call about adjusting center split are not equal spacing. Love product!

I could not find blinds for certain windows. I was pleased that your company could create these for me.
The instructions are simple and was able to install all 5 in a few hours.

I wish blind companies would modify the top piece (which clips on with plastic clips) designed to obfuscate the gap when installing inside the window casing. Essentially if you are slightly tall you still see the gap. The Chang would be to modify the clips such that it is 1/2 inch higher. Result: touchdown for the whole industry. You could possible turn the slat over but it does not look as good.

The first order was cancelled because after being notified the blinds were on there way,it took weeks only to find out the blinds were lost and we had to reorder. Bad shipping and poor related communication.

We received the bi-fold shutters over one week ago but one critical part was missing and we still haven't received it.

Awesome product with the customer service to match. It was delivered on time and everything was exactly how they described it. Installation was a breeze. Highly recommend this company.
