Easy to order. Samples were great! Wrong color delivered but one quick phone call and others were delivered. No charge! EXCELLANT customer service! Would order again for my blind needs!
Instructions are pretty straightforward and have enough information. A better description of how far the projection mount extends the brackets would be useful. I would have gotten the medium instead of the short ones but it is mounted. One of the tabs is broken on the left end cap but it isn't falling off.
The blinds were exactly what I ordered. There was a good selection of colors to choose from. The directions for measuring was easy to understand. I would order from them again.

I'm so happy with my order. It's perfect and exactly what I was looking for. Such a great customer service always and the best prices that I could find for a quality product. The shipping was pretty fast and very well packaged. This is my third order and I will definitely buy all my blinds from them again and will definitely recommend it.
All the blinds are work good except one in the living room. It does not go up all the way.
While pricey, I am happy with the quality of the blinds. Two exceptions...
1 - It took me a few days to realize the shipper that was calling/leaving messages was calling about my blinds. Their message was vague and I assumed it was spam or something. Did not mention the shipment was from Blindsgalore.
2 - The width on half of the blinds was so tight that I had to do some "re-engineering" of the window frame. I strongly suggest subtracting ~ 3/16ths from your width measurements when ordering.
I have ordered blinds for more than 25 windows and they are such good quality for such an affordable price! And easy to install.
Could not be happier! I will be ordering again soon.
