The site is very easy to use. The instructions for measuring and installation are easy to understand. The packaging is great and they were delivered quickly. I was able to install the blinds with no problem.
Ordered shades ahead of time after buying a new home so they'd be ready when it was time to move. After installing, I realized I accidentally ordered one shade as light filtering instead of blocking. Tried to have it remade as advertised but because it's slightly past the 30 days Blinds.com won't remake it. Disappointing after spending thousands on shades.
The website is a little confusing and lacked some details so I called and spoke with Phil. He had all the answers to my questions and I was able to place my order without any trouble. Had to go all the way to the Cart, answering numerous questions, only to find the color/material we chose wasn't available in the width we were ordering When installing found they did not provide good guidance for outside mount as to where to mount the brackets.
The remote control is difficult to use. It moves the blinds open and closed too quickly. I have to use both the open and close buttons repeatedly to achieve the setting I like.

Great sale price on a solar shade and easy to order
Previously, I ordered two very large inside the frame blinds (measured correctly!) for my house and they were fine. I recently ordered a blind to go in my RV that had to be a specific width. I filled out all of the pertinent ordering information on the website but they made the blind too short. And unbeknownst to me their sure fit guarantee is only applicable for 30 days. So I went through their warranty blah, blah, blah, sent photos, etc. And of course, they refused to honor the warranty. They told me what they sent me was what I'd ordered and I needed to review their measurements instructions So no honoring the warranty whatsoever. Needless to say I'll be ordering from another company moving forward.

Nobody seems to know what the other side is doing. Unable to get to talk and get real answers from anybody it is always the other guys fault.
We ordered our blinds on Jan 5th 2024. The gal cam, measured said "they should arrive by Jan. 19th". That day came and went no blinds, called them and the answer I got was "it is not us but our manufacturer". Dont know who the manufacturer is never got to talk to them. Here it is Feb 19th 2024, blinds arrived and I understand they will be installed on Feb 29th, 2024. Blinds.com using my money and I have no blinds. Dont get sucked in and buy from them.Maggie
Blinds that stay up are fine had three window blinds with no cord pull didn't stay up look bad they are remaking them which was no problem can not tell of success yet.
The solar blinds fit great and were easy to install. I saved thousands by buying from Blinds.com. I did wait for the 50% off sale.

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
