I ordered a lot of blinds form them and one was 3 inches short. Not from a mismeasurement on my part. To get a replacement for the blind they made me hang it back up, take a photo with a measuring tape next to the improperly cut blind. It was annoying because the house I bought it for was 30 minutes away so I had to spend 30 minutes driving there, 15 minutes hanging and photographing, and 30 minutes driving back for an error on their part. I asked them if I could just send them back the blind and they measure it and they said no.
Super easy to customize and install. With the new vertical blinds, my cats can look outside all they want without destroying them 😆

I won't use them again, they never stayed in the timeframe they advertised. We were missing blinds and parts to the blinds. From start to finish it took 3 months to get all our blinds and installed. The Installation timeframe was the worst. They lost any future business with my family.
I am awaiting a remake. Although I am a return customer and will continue to be loyal to this company. Blinds are beautiful and easy to install

The shades I ordered were really nice, fit perfectly but the installation was hard to figure out. We finally got it and it makes the bathroom really nice.

I purchased outdoor Coolaroo shades for my porch thinking I could hang them and found out after I would not be able to. Due to their policy the blinds were non refundable. Jessica was able to look into further and came up with a solution. I was so grateful that she took the time to hear my situation and assisted me the best way she could. I so appreciated it!

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
