Ordered blinds for 11 windows and two french doors. All were excellent quality, as advertised, and arrived on time. Excellent products and stellar service.

There was quite a long lead time on the order when it was placed. On top of that, there were some shipping issues, packages were lost, order was split into multiple shipments, customer service folks took no responsibility for the shipping issues and made no effort to communicate with the shipper on my behalf. When the package was 2 weeks late and no updated shipping information, they reshipped the order, but with a lead time before shipping. I received the order for the missing blinds twice. I'm sure that customer service could have been more proactive with the shipper.
At time of payment and "review your order", the most pertinent information that you should see is the size of the blind, not the price and other information.
The shopping experience with these guys was fantastic. Easy to order, easy to install and arrived two weeks earlier than they said in their confirmations. They allow you to track the order from the time it's purchased until the time it arrives. Highly recommend this company.
Service and blinds are great. I messed up ( my mistake) measurement on one and customer service sent a replacement at no charge. Recommend blinds.com!
I saved my choices, created an account, returned to it, and my order was duplicated. I found this to be a problem. Thank goodness I caught the problem and removed the duplicates.

Easy process with helpful information
First, let me say that the shades look excellent. They were probably a third of the price of the same shade bought at a chain store. My main concern. Is that the pull cord does not run smoothly. The issue is the place on the cord where the two ends are fused together. One needs to tug hard on the cord in order to get it to move through the pulley. I have written a letter about this concern to customer service, but have not yet received a reply. A second shade that I bought had the sunrise sundown feature. You wear that the supposedly darker part of the shade is not in any way of blackout shade. It merely lessens some glare. The sales person that I spoke to on the phone about this shade, obviously did not give me good advice..
The phone assistant Mr. La Castille was outstanding. The website is not as intuitive as it should be.

I was disappointed only with the quality/craftsmanship: the roman blinds don't fold evenly and the big clear plastic hand grips are cheap looking, as is the no-cord hardware at the top of the blinds. Also, even though I ordered off-white blinds, the hardware is more obtrusive for being black. Had I known, I would have opted for the valances. It would be helpful to have a more detailed, actual photograph of the order before purchase. Even though it was easy to exchange and the satisfaction guarantee is great, the process could have been avoided.

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
