I really wanted a blind with remote that I could see out, but no one could see in, and this one doesn't do that. I might need to check a different material.
As far as the ease of ordering, installing and appearance, with this current order is good. My angst comes from a blind ordered 18 months ago in a style that has a pull cord (too short for a kid to get tangled in) has come apart. It's been glued and salvaged, but the design leaves room for improvement.

The blinds were so easy to install. We did 11 blinds in about 5 hours! Great quality. I ordered one set wrong, and Blinds.com was more than accommodating to send out the correct blind! Friendly and courteous on the phone. Very smooth from ordering to installation!

Installation went smoothly, but blinds do not close properly. End near wand does not fold properly, requiring constant adjustment. I would have expected more for my $500.

1 Star (I wish I could give zero) Be aware of this scheme! I ordered three black no-drill shades from Blinds.com (Order #*******) after finding them on Google. Instead, they sent me drill-required shades that I didn't order. When I called customer service, the first representative told me I couldn't return them because they were not customized, which makes no sense. The second representative said my order came from their stock shelf, so it wasn't covered under their "100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee." This is completely dishonest. It feels like they changed my order to get rid of unwanted inventory. The company refused to take responsibility or honor their guarantee. Blinds.com misled me, shipped the wrong product, and then made excuses to avoid helping. I will never buy from them again, and I want other customers to be aware of their deceptive practices.

Chose wooden blinds from Blinds.com. I love them. The only complaint i have is that the moulding over the metal housing should be a not wider than the blind itself. This way, the metal would be fully covered.
The entire experience was really easy. I measured out my windows from the inside; Just like the website suggested and got the measurements from that. The website made it easy to pick the dimensions I needed and place order. Shipping was ahead of schedule. I was shocked when they showed up early. Easy process to order my blinds and they fit perfectly. I was a returning customer, also. I expected a good blind and that was what I received. Easy instillation.
I received my blinds. They fit great, look great and operate nicely. Color and quality is as expected. End caps pop off of sometimes, but it's very minor and I was able to put them back. I ordered the top-down-bottom-up feature. They work great. I recently had to remove them while we paint the room. They came off so easily in a few seconds.

There is nothing to hold the blinds up. When you pull it down, it all falls on top of you. I had to wrap zip ties around the top

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
