They messed up the order not once, but twice. First the width was wrong, so they sent a remake, but then the length was wrong. They said they would send a second remake and provided a tracking number, but I never received anything. When I called them, they blamed the carrier and claimed they cannot intervene because they are "not really the shipper" they are just the middle man. I am now trying to recover my $1,100 by disputing the amount with my credit card. Also 5 weeks have passed since I first placed the order and I am still without shades. If you like this sort of experience, order from Blinds.com.
Ordered back in beginning of November 2 blinds form them. States on their site NOV 17 I should receive them it is now (tomorrow Dec1). Called today and still nothing has shipped at all. STAY AWAY. I am gutting a house and need new blinds throughout glad i found out they are NOT reliable at all so i will go elsewhere by the end of day today when i cancel my order with them.
I purchased blinds 8 years ago. After many remodels some of the valance clips were broken. I looked all over town for new clips to no avail. For some reason "Blinds.com" stuck in my head. I gave them a call and once they got my name they asked how many I needed. Wondering how she knew exactly which ones I needed she said, "I have your original order right here". I hadn't even remembered that I bought them there. I asked how much they were and when she said, "no charge" I almost fell out of my chair! They were sent right out and I had them installed within a week. That's customer service! They will be getting all my blind business and excellent word of mouth recommendations.

Blinds.com has been by far a very pleasant experience from my initial purchase at 1/9/14 for 3/8 double cell light filtering top down bottom up shades to a recent remake 6/29/15 of one of my 8 blinds that failed. In exactly one week from my call to them the replacement is at my door. AWESOME! Blinds.com is with out a doubt the best customer service i have ever experienced to date. What impressed me when i first got my initial order 1 1/2 years ago was the quality of the blind, hardware and ease of installation. The personilized talk with a representative to make sure every blind was the correct in size. All of my 8 florida room blinds covering 40 foot were a slightly different width and they were perfect. I've purchased from blinds.com several times for a variety of their window solutions, including room darkening bedroom blinds, sheer living space blinds, even top-down-bottom-up versions. Most recently, I purchase a few blinds specifically for our skylights. Their products are top quality, very easy to install, but their customer service is what brings me back every time. They'll recut shades if you make a mistake and even recently sent me new hardware that I lost. I will never hire a service to install blinds in my home again. Blinds.com is the way to go and we've done so for a few of our homes.
I purchased blinds for my home in 2013. 2 years later the string on one of the larger window blinds broke. I emailed them. They still had a record of all the windows and their names that I ordered. All I had to do was select which one it was and within the day, they had it ordered and ready to ship.

It was entirely my fault that I got the wrong size blind. I inverted length and width (yes, I have an MA). Customer service told me it happens all the time, arranged to make the correct size for only $22 AND suggested that we donate the incorrect one to a charity such as Habitat for Humanity. They made sure I got what I wanted for a reasonable price, made me feel less like a moron, and supported my local community all at once.
I ordered few double celled honeycomb blinds, the quality was very good for the money I spent and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend blinds.com.
I am writing this review to let everyone know how amazing this company is. They have a great customer service and great quality. I found them through google and I was skeptical because I have never heard of them but I took the leap of faith and ordered. I received my order so fast with a great packaging. We hung it on our kitchen and we loved it. I had a problem with my measurements (and it was totally my fault) but they took care of it for me without NO HASSEL! I am going to order another one since I love everything about them. Thank you for being so nice and helpful.
We ordered three honeycomb, top down/bottom up blinds from Blinds.com. Shortly after installing, two of them did not operate smoothly. We contacted the company and received an immediate response from their personnel thanking us for contacting them and that they would look into our situation immediately. With no hesitation they sent us two new blinds at no cost. They stand behind their product and their guarantee. Ordered vertical blinds for the front (very large) living room window and patio vertical blinds for the family room. So many wonderful choices to pick from. Received them quickly (within the week I ordered them). The living room window track was bent. Looks like damage caused by shipping company. Called Blinds.com. Received excellent customer service. New track being sent. Patio vertical is great. Will definitely purchase from Blinds.com again. Great product, excellent company. The blinds are beautiful.
Just had a horrible experience with this company. I ordered blinds that are poor quality and dont deliver the results claimed. After the blinds repeatedly fell I called for replacements and was sent the same brackets. I tried to return them since they are not what they claim to be or do and was told I had passed the 30 return limit. I am now left with a poor quality product and will never order from this site again. The cheap brackets sit 2 inches away from the door. This creates no privacy or room darkening effect. Also the way its designed the blinds fall out of brackets and then get damaged by the fall.
This is a class act company. I had a problem with one of my shades and the company resolved this issue in very short order. I am so pleased with the efficient way that my issue was handled, and that they make a possiblly unpleasant issue become a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be buying more blinds from Blinds.com!
There are many things I love about Blinds.com. I just purchased three blinds for my very large living room windows. I measured the windows while following the instructions on the web-site. When I calculated the price I was surprised at how economical the blinds were. After receiving the blinds I was more than surprised because the color, size, and packaging were all PERFECT! What a great value.
The customer service people kept me informed of the progress all through the project and the blinds arrived right on time. They were easy to install and the packages had all the hardware I needed.

I ordered 4 blinds and after several months, 2 of them stopped retracting. I contacted blinds.com and they had me trouble shoot them. It worked for one and not the other. They are replacing the one that it didn't work for. This replacement is at no cost to me. This is great! I will order from them again.

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
