I really liked the hexagon head on the screws, which make it easier to screw into the wall using a hex drill bit

They made it easy from start to finish. I just logged in and entered my information, chose color and style, then hit the order button. Once it arrived I opened the box and checked out the mounting instructions. I Ioved the easy to place and mount the brackets. You just mount the brackets and the blinds just nap into place.

Did not appreciate that Blinds.com subcontracts to Home Depot and does not identify that supplier. Home Depot intentionally shipped damaged hardware knowingly. My experience with blinds.com was very good and promptly replaced the damaged items.

Super pleased with everything about working with Blinds.com. Their instructions on making measurements accurate resulted in everything being perfectly sized. I ordered 4 blinds total, 2 smaller, 1 medium, and 1 large, and it said they were going to arrive in two shipments, but they actually all arrived on the same day - the earlier of the two listed delivery dates - so that was great. Installation was easy - removing the attachments for the 25-year-old blinds that came with my house was much more difficult than installing the new blinds. I'm considering getting blinds for more windows, and if I do, I'm not even looking at any competitors - Blinds.com all the way!

I really like these wood shades. Cordless is super nice. They are expensive but well made. Others I purchased look just as good as new after many years of use. Many styles to choose from. They are very easy to install. I am a repeat customer.

My second order with blinds.com and again. Easy to order, very happy with the price and quality. Just dresses up my windows and provides the perfect fit and feel.

Purchased three blinds. First the color was more beige than grey, I picked a grey. Next I ordered the cord for up and down operation, the cord was only about 6 inches long and as these windows were a little higher than normal I could not operate the blinds without standing on a chair. Ok, so I contacted customer service, they ordered my longer cords... GREAT, actually not so great! The new cord assemblies do NOT WORK with the blinds. They are very different from the ones that came with the blinds and NO instructions on how to install on the blinds. Actually I don't believe they can be.

I ordered just the vertical blind rail, it fits perfectly in my window. Customer service is very helpful in the ordering process. I would order from them again.

I received my blinds quickly and opened them to make sure they are the ones I ordered. I haven't installed them yet, as Im in the middle of renovation. They look very beautiful but aside from that, I cannot comment on installation or operations.

I bought 1 inch wood blinds less than two years ago and now they have been discontinued so I can't match them now. The brand was Bali.

The slats on these blinds never seem to be in a straight line (the slats don't stack evenly one on top of the other). I've tried moving all the slats to one side to make them align but after opening and closing they come out of alignment. I think the design is to have maximum blockage of light thru the blind, but the slats don't stack evenly, and they have a ragged appearance.

The blackout blinds honeycomb that I ordered for the front bedroom to avoid the spotlight. We're so heavy. I could hardly lift them. I'm an older person when I try to get a replacement blind they wanted more money for a different blind. I think this is wrong. They should've given me a blind at no extra cost.

The blinds are excellent quality and the sizing was perfect. I ordered outside mount but they came with an inside mount valance. When I called customer service I was able to speak with a real person (extremely rare these days) and the service was exceptional. Super nice people.They sent the correct part out with no issues. I would absolutely recommend Blinds.com
