The blinds seem generally well made, depending on the model, and arrive quickly from China. That's the extent of the positives.
Customer Service and Support is nonexistent. Their automated AI Bot is useless, it understands only very simple questions, responses are always either completely wrong, or requiring a human. Twice I've gotten to what might be a human, both times giving me either the wrong information, or information about a blind I don't have, even after I supplied my order number! 30 minutes of my life wasted. I was then told to make a video of my very simple issue "so it can be shared with the vendor". I thought they were the vendor? Turns out Blinds.com is a front for various, mostly Chinese, blind companies. Blinds.com therefore knows very little about the products they sell. If you decide you want an extra part for a blind you bought, they are nowhere to be found on the site. So, if you want an extension cord or an extra mount, cord, extra remote—any part for your blinds — they aren't offered after the sale. In fact they offer zero parts, accessories for anything they sell.
If you go to the website, there is no Support section. None. Zero. The FAQ section seems like an afterthought, only answering the most basic questions. So, buyer beware, although Home Depot now owns Blind.com, there is nothing close to the level of Customer Service you get from them!
Since they no longer accept emails, it's either the chat, which is worthless or calling them. Wait times are long. In 2024, this is unacceptable, considering the CS Amazon offers, it's not even competitive.

I received my original order and was one vane short. I called customer service and informed them that I had ordered this online from Amazon and ask if I needed to call them to get another vane. The associate informed me that it was not a problem and that she would issue and order for the missing vane. Customer Service was outstanding! Thank You.
Good overall, but some options not clear. The SunUP/SunDown doesn't offer opt out. Also, cordless option not clear when it comes to topdown/bottomup. Shoppers only learn it changes to top-down with bottom rail fixed after choice.
All choices available, ease of ordering, would like delivered tomorrow but I understand delays are required if you want a "finished" product, and Blinds.com only sells great finished products.

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
