I ordered top down/bottom up blinds. They worked for a few months until the mechanism broke. The sent a replacement blind at no charge, but we had the same problem. I now have a blind that will not function. Clearly, there is a defect in the mechanism. Cheap product. When I asked to speak with a manager they told me they don't offer that option. There was no recourse. It was extremely frustrating and I will not be ordering from this company again.

Still in process of installing. The instructions are not easy yo follow. It doesn't appear that the top down and raise from the bottom both have handles to use to keep the shade clean as I thought it was pictured that way on line.

The blind is okay. The color is good. On delivery, the blind was left on the doorstep even though there was a note with instructions on the door. That is unsatisfactory. Luckily my neighbor brought it in. I will think twice before I order again.

After a great experience getting a replacement Levolor Blind from Blinds.com, I decided to next get a custom-sized drapery for a basement bathroom window. Following the measurement guidelines, I carefully measured it... And I was shocked to receive a curtain twice the length of what I ordered.
The customer service rep explained that they had subcontracted my order to a business in Mexico and that manufacturing site decided I needed a double sized curtain so it would 'hang right' on the pole. Yet my measurements had already accounted for the right amount of slack for this.
Given Blinds.com's 'one free replacement per order' guarantee, the customer rep reordered the curtain at *half* the size I needed, thus he felt this would result in a curtain AT the size I wanted. That free replacement just arrived and this time the manufacturing site decided I should only have half again the size ordered, so I now have one curtain twice the length of what I need, and a second curtain a foot short of what I need.
If getting Levolor blinds, I highly recommend Blinds.com. But if you need custom cut drapery, sadly you'll need to go somewhere else...
I found it odd that ''classic snow'' was ''backordered'', but available in the designer colors... Also didn't like the game where it showed the discounted price as you selected your blind, but the full price at check-out until you found the ''apply discount'' button.

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
