Great product selection, instructions and pricing! We are repeat customers since we are always pleased with the blinds.

A little worried about my measurements on my large windows, had to order 2 shades for one window, and could not find a formula on the site for that. Other site said divide by 2, and 1/4". Sizing worked out really good, but you myst make sure the end caps are all the way on, and they take some force to seat all the way. I did order the bedjet shades, but was a little surprised to see they were all plastic, I thought the housings and such would be aluminum but they are not. Mounting brackets are a little tough to deal with also, and get lined up how you want. They do look good installed and seem to work fine, just will see for how long. Happy I guess, but for the price I paid I expected more.

Peace of mind knowing that if I am not happy with my order, I can have it replaced. Easy-to-navigate website and fairly quick shipping means I'll definitely be back for additional window treatments.

It was easy to find what I was looking for on the site.There was so many choices and colors to pick from. Along with the customize sizing. Will be ordering blinds from here again.

Blinds.com kept their promise and sent out another shade since we made a measuring mistake. However, the wrong color was sent. They confirmed that we had ordered a certain color and sent us the correct color and we didn't have to send back the two that were either wrong size or color. Customer service was great!

Easy Website to navigate.
I had a problem with the brackets.
Wrong ones were shipped.
Customer service told me I had to order valances but they couldn't price them out. They had to wait for the manufacturer to get back to them. It was then I realized you ere a reseller and not the manufacturer.
Bad news.
I went back to look at my order and realized they shipped the wrong brackets, called CS again and sent pics and customer service rep had them resend the proper brackets.
It is hard for me to recommend a company that is a reseller unless the people I recommend to know how to navigate what exactly they need.

Latest of many orders for the house and did not disappoint. The website is easy to use and the delivery times are fast, especially for custom fitted blinds.

The shutters were apparently built very timely, and you advised they were shipped at that time. But the tracking showed they sat in your facility for over a month. The day after I made an inquiry, FedEx picked them up and delivered them promptly. If they didn't sit in limbo at you facility for 34 days I would be happier. The shutters turned out to be slightly below average.
