I ordered shades from Ama*** and was happy with them. They were the same blinds as on Blinds.com. I needed a custom size for one shade, so I ordered directly from Blinds.com. Perfect match and exactly the right size.

Ordering was relatively easy. However, there was no information that this was aluminum blinds. I am hoping these are aluminum blinds.

We didnt really like how the blind closes. It does not darken the room and does leave a little gap letting the light come in room. Also it bottoms have significant gaps that if someone is standing outside they would be able to see insides clearly.
The qualoty of the blinds are good but not at all happy with the way it closes.

It was no problem to customize and select the blinds that would work best in our space. The free samples were perfect to make sure we were getting what we were looking for.

Orders 1 and 2 were perfect, and my third order was a perfect fit as well.
I would pay more for attachment brackets made out of heavier gauge metal. Maybe premium brackets could be an option that offered in the future.

I provided with instructions and part (on ordered) to fix the problem. When I received the part I followed the instructions and fixed the problem and it worked fine. So I am satisfied with the outcome. And the issue I had was resolved.
