Ordering was easy and to the point. I guess our main concern is the actual quality of the blinds we bought. Pricing was about half of the ones we liked on a known brand such as, Levelor, Bali, etc.

Unfortunately my order took several weeks longer due to the hurricane that occurred shortly after I placed my order -- no fault of Blinds.com. Blinds arrived well-packaged but I had to go online to print out the instructions to install them. Installation was easy.

Used the Professional Measure & Install (Home Depot). This service was great. Install was smooth and quick. During install, the technician noticed on headrail was dented. A free replacement is on order.

My initial Purchase was for 12 different size black out blinds with a combination of top down bottom up and just bottom up and two Door Windows They got every one of them right! Wow! So I just ordered one more for a window we thought would benefit from it and of course a perfect fit!

Better photos of actual colors would be helpful. But the blinds fit perfectly, block almost all sun, the color looks great and they arrived quickly. Overall very happy with the purchase and wish I had done it years ago.

It would be nice to have a continue shopping button after you put something in the cart. The cellular shades are very nice. Good colors. The plastic parts are close in color. They do grow on you over time.

This was the first time to order blinds online and working with easy. They had clear instructions on how to measure for the different style of blinds. The nine blinds I ordered all fit perfectly. The installation instructions were clear and easy. The blinds arrived well packaged and there was no damage.

It's hard to make choices. I recommend really reading and thinking about each blind, it's location and the working mechanisms.

Nice to have the estimate builder function. I little difficult to select some of the features when modifying the estimate. Ended up with duplicate estimates.
