Fast, easy,good selection. I don't remember whether we've ordered from you before, but I would order from you again, should the needs arise.

It was very difficult to find out how selecting one option is influencing the other and I had to do a lot of trial and error to see which material will work for my size, space and moterization constraints. For eg, I was trying to order Bali roller shades in size 94 3/4 X 70 and it was almost immosiple to know which all materials are available for this size and also with which options will moterization be possible. On top of this the customer service was unavailable due to hurricane and it was the last day of discount.

Website is well laid out, easy to order, so many options for what you may want. Once ordered them came quickly. Only negative, I ordered 3 shades and thought they didn't ship one, waited for other to arrive, then realized 2 were in one box. Wish they would have marked box, so I knew they all had arrived.

Only gave 4 stars for the product because the directions for installation are minimal and intended to cover all sizes so difficult to determine which method and parts are correct for my purchase. Also, according to the instructions, 3 brackets are supposed to be supplied for blinds over 20" wide. I only received 2 brackets for a 40" wide blind. Would have requested another bracket but they have no email customer service. You have to call them and I hate the phone so will hope the blind does not fall.

Easy and fast to order. But delivery took forever. Was timeframe they said but just forever. Odd size I guess. I was pleased with install ease and quality.

Measurement details were very helpful and my blinds were the correct size when I got them. I needed blinds to shade from the early morning sun and that is what I got. I am very satisfied with the product.

Lots of helpful information for measuring and in general. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and contacted customer service in a timely matter to cancel. They were able to accommodate my request no problem and the refund was issued back to my account.

Great as always, I had one blind that broke after 12 years and this was a replacement for the broken one. I hope this one lasts as long as the others.

My original order did not turn out like I thought, lessoned learned always get samples.
