Did a whole cottage with your blinds and was very happy. I am now doing my home with your blinds and and the 6th one I have bought for this house sticks out from window and leaves gaps on side. And it is a bathroom where you need privacy.

Lots of options. Good discount. Works for my family who want blackout blinds because of small children. Wasn't sure what to order for complete blackout. Minimal slice of light along sides.

I am nearly six months in, going back and forth with customer service about a problem with my order. It takes weeks between emails from them, only to explain that the manufacturer says I'm wrong and they're right, that my roman shade doesn't have a valance (it does) even though I ordered it without a valance. I've also asked several times for the missing mounting hardware if they're not going to replace it with the correct shade I ordered--they can't seem to do that either. For a Home Depot-owned company, you'd think they'd have their ducks in a row. Oh, and it's always "40% off" and still crazy expensive. Don't fall for it. Go elsewhere.
Give them the correct dimensions and they deliver a perfect fit, including all fittings and clear installation directions.

The new hanging system is improvement, but the functionality of the up down blind is temperamental and has to be coaxed, I like the blinds I ordered in 2017, their functionality was better

I called the company and told Heather. She told me to go ahead and order the correct one and I would get a credit for the amount of the first one, but I didn't have to send the original one back. She explained that this was because satisfaction was guaranteed.
Easy to order and a wide variety to choose from. I gave a 4 because the motorized control was not an option. I really don't want motorized control or a remote. The windows are garage privacy windows. Please adjust the invoice. Needed better detailed instructions for installation.

We have ordered from Blinds.com three times. The first set of blinds we ordered lasted ten years(!).After ordering our second set that I didn't realize were very sheer, I called and let the customer service worker know I needed to replace them with something with more coverage. He helped me understand my options and offered to replace the too sheer option with another set that was light blocking. There was a charge to replace them, and it really was my error, not Blinds.com's fault, so I was fine with that. Each of the three sets we have ordered are a solid product. They arrive quickly and are packed well for shipping. We are more than satisfied with the product and the shopping experience. See you again in 10 years!

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
