I was looking for a set of blinds for my back door and I was unable to find any for my particular size and shape. I heard about blinds.com online and I was able to get my measurements and set everything accordingly. It took a couple of weeks to arrive, and once it got here it was a 2 man job to get it installed but every other step was a breeze.

Fits and made well. I wish I had ordered the textured blinds to match the other blinds I have but I didn't see that option when I ordered this set.
Still not satisfied, after having to reorder due to website not covering ordering for a skylight in a sloped ceiling and getting my reorder that don't quite cover the opening not sure how to proceed.
I follow all instructions from website and then person from customer service. Shades are to short and want expand to cover opening even though there seems to be some folds not fully expanded.

The custom blinds fit perfectly and were easy to install. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that they were expensive. Each cost about $500, no valance, and are made of a rectangular piece of fabric, 2 metal rods, and plastic hardware for installation. Seems pricey.
Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
