It took way longer to get the blinds delivered and installed than I expected, but then they are custom made so maybe that's just how it is. The (optional) ability to open the cellular blinds from the top down is awesome. I definitely picked the right blind type for my needs ("Designer Light Filtering Cellular Shades").

Order process was easy although my order was delayed by a few weeks. When I called to request a change (moved cord position), I was on hold for a long time (40 minutes I believe) but they were courteous and able to make the change. The install instructions for the cord loop lift were especially poorly written, and overall the cord loop lift was difficult to use and we think the plastic won't last. I am psyching myself up for another 40 minute wait to call and see if I we can literally just break the plastic piece of the cord loop off. Expected better for this price. FWIW, I picked the cord loop option because I was looking for a sturdier cord.

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
